  1. well...it's all about imagination isn't it??...bent (over) was the first that came to my mind when I read stockings just because I like this picture in my head :D

    whelmed

(I think we both can go to the the same shrink, because I find myself reluctantly agreeing with you. And look around Thor, who the hell else chats with each other on this thread? )

  2. Guys if they request gift send as goods and pay the fee yourself. An honest seller whom is just looking to get let us say $250 for the watch may not want to lose 4% if you pay fees he gets 250 and you spend 10 extra seems like a small amount to cover yourself now correct.

Makes sense Mike, I sent you via goods and 4% extra for the raffle. Since you gave away my prize while I was sleeping, I can now raise paypal dispute :D :D

  3. It is fair because you are just stating facts, and have not accused him of anything so far.

If breitlingguy has not responded to PMs or any form of communication for some time, and this is the way to get his attention, then its not a matter of choice.

An entire group of us is getting scammed by a watch modder here (read the thread started by me in the same section of the forum, over 5000 views, hard to miss) and see how we deal with scammers and potential scammers.

I think the tolerance level for scamming in this forum has plummeted recently on the whole due to the behavior of certain individuals on the forum.

If you have genuine reason to believe you are being scammed or shortchanged, and the other party is not responding, call him out and let him explain himself.

  4. 7 months?

I thought pp had a limit of 45 days

I know they do here otherwise what's to stop anyone doing the same with any item later down the road.

Anyway you have message confirming no issue and receipt so shouldn't be a problem just a pain to sort out

    Good luck mate

The limit of 45 days applies to PP disputes and for chargebacks,.it is at the discretion of the credit card company/bank.

I wonder why is MYinNYinHD still allowed to trade with such a reputation? Sgtguk already had a questionable experience with him, so dubious that Sarge had to access the internet in the midst of his annual bush holiday he was having, typing with fingers stained with crocodile blood, prickly stubble shadowing his wholesome good looks and a wombat leg bone between his teeth.

    Not cool at all.

  5. That Hublot F1 is also likely rep, going by the datewheel font alone.

For the Barrichello, its definitely a rep going by the datewheel position, and the dial details.

The Hublot Fusion looks the most decent, but I think someone will come in and tear that one down as well

The first AP is not even worthy of mentioning. Its something I expect to see on someone with a total lack of knowledge on AP as a watch brand but finds the design rather cool.

  6. Take glee, the APs are reps.  ;)

The details on the watches look like reps. Id vote 100% on 4 out of them.

Just because he has an audi or porsche doesn't mean anything. As a ex silver spooner I also had my fair share of canal street reps, think of the shite quality available  20 years ago. My dad gave me a lot of things rent, school, BMWs (plural), but I can't imagine him buying me several high end luxury watches. Reps aren't a bad thing, some people appreciate their value.  I have a bodyguard, bulletproof cars, and I still own and love my reps.

You are one cool cat. Not many guys living the kind of life you live mate. ;)

  7. He's had my watch for almost a year and has been incommunicado for 6 months. It's a $300 piece. Not a huge loss, but I'm a vengeful motherfucker and I live within driving distance. That being said, I'd like my watch back, Mike.

A year, that is long.. may I venture to ask what was the job he was supposed to do on it?

  8. I'd say just stop this and other threads regarding issues with md2020.

He's obviously reading these threads and is virtually pissing at your legs...don't give him a laugh every hour.

I don't have anything with him but I dealt many times with others that were in the same mood so to say...I used to be a car dealer many years ago...

Always the best was to stop every communication, because these people just don't want to communicate...they want to provocate, escalate, laugh at you...they feel powerful the times you get angry at them, they don't think you are willing or even able to harm them in any way.

So stop communication in every way, set up some legal action and wait...

Most likely you won't get back your property but that's not different from the point you guys are right now. I sometimes got back my property once a lawyer wrote them or the police was in place...at this moment they don't feel powerful or big anymore...they are what they are...small, anxious, poor little manikin and sometimes they realize it...

    Mate

I miss my watch a little sometimes, but I believe that I am fully prepared for a total loss. No problems there except for a bit of sentimental feeling. ;)

I do not expect MD2020 to communicate with me, nor do I care if he does. If good things happen and I get my watch back, its a bonus for me.

I just wanted to share my experience and I have done that without any name-calling or defamation, just simple, factual statements that nobody could dispute.

I appreciate someone like Mike on a Bike and the guys here who did what they could to try to help us all get things moving along.

MD2020 can laugh or gloat or cuss all he wants. Take my watch, but take not my good cheer. :)

As I said, Karma can be a bitch. Hits one hard when one least expects it.
