When you remove the crowns (and stem) from the movement, which way should it be; winding position? Date Adjust position? or Hour Adjust position??? I leave it at the winding position ang I've been having problems putting it back on ETA2836 and their Asian counterpart.... Is ther anything I'm doing wrong???? It works fine with the 6497, Swiss or Asian.....I have not tried it on the Chronos or 7750s. Is there a trick to doing this? Please advise and thanks!

I guess I've been lucky, all the Rolexes I have from Joshua (Subs/GMT/YM/ExplorerII), SFSO Asian, Non Chrono PAMS and Ferrari 08, and Chopard GTXL Asian have all been in water (shower/swimming/jacuzzi/turkish bath) and made it with no problems! I have since opened all of them and greased the caseback and crown/tube o-rings. I have two Radiomirs from TTK that I did the same and so far have been fine in water. I made the mistake of wearing my Navitimer TT and PAM 253 in the shower and regeretted doing it.....they've been serviced since, so they're ok, but that's the last time I'll wear a Chrono in water, except the Ferrari 08....that thing is build like a tank!

Thanks The Zigmeister! Now I'm more Gentle with my Chronos now! The Rollies seems to take it with no problems......I think they have a clutch on them or something....I've been winding my Yathy 50 times at one time koz I was regulating it and let it set for a day and it seems to take it... This is probably true with non-7750 automatics.....please someone correct me on this if I'm wrong!

At least a tracking # would help!

Which one and which dealer???

These are the one's I've got from TTK (although I can't recommend him due to bad experience): This is suppose to be a Pam 197, but it doesn't have the correct dial, with the BOB Shark strap: with my own made strap: This is the Gen: and here's the other model I got from him, this is a Fantasy Black Seal, the Gen is SS: and both of them: This is suppose to have the new plating process ala PVD according to TTK. The movement are both Asian copy, but I'm impressed with it. It's been accurate to -+ 10-20secs/day. The power reserve is about 48 hours! Hope that helps! BTW: Josh does not carry the 197 anymore, maybe the other dealer does! You have to get it with the Tuxedo dial koz as far as I'm concerned, it's what give this particular model its character!
