Hi guys as sme of you know I have a franken planet ocean 45mm, until now I had gen dial,gen hands,gen crown gen tube and gen insert, but it still had something missing........the gen crystal. I looked into a genuine crystal and they are an expensive upgrade which I could justify spending at the moment, so I put up a post in the wanted section looking for second hand gen or good aftermarket double ar'd rep. Well a member contacted me from rwi called Sunnydale who had a batch of aftermarket double ar'd crystals. I bought one and popped it in, here's how it turned out Removed old crystal Here you can see the standard upo crystal on the left and the double ar'd from Sunnydale on the right, you can also see the lovely blue tint on the crystal.. Here you can see the reflection reduce a hell of a lot on the Sunnydale crystal on the right, these pictures really don't do it justice the 1st picture is the original crystal under direct lamp light, the 2nd picture is with the Sunnydale crystal installed under the exact same lighting, you can see straight away the reduction in reflection....simply fantastic. Here's a couple of pictures in blazing sunshine Here you can see that the crystal completely disappears in certain angles and shows off the genuine dial so much more than the original crystal which is absolutely amazing And here's a couple of pics of the blue tint which you get in certain angles which is also very genuine looking. Conclusion to sunnydales crystal is if your looking for a Huge upgrade to your upo for not a huge cost make sure you contact him as I am so impressed with these crystals, I still can't believe that a better crystal makes this much improvement to you watch.....amazing. Great story slask, the pams are absolutely beautiful reps, the quality is simply amazing, I had an acounter myself on the weekend, I was out having a few drinks with freinds and at the end of the night I clocked a bloke with a dssd on his wrist and I had to tell him he had a lovely watch, he said thanks grabbed my left wrist and said "wow triple one I had one of those before I sold it to get my dssd" I couldnt get a long enough stare at his to see if it was gen but I'm guessing it was. He kept looking at mine and saying he loved his pam 111 and wished he still had it It just shows you the quality is amazing and even gen wearers think ours are gen

You zk I think you should use the dial and hands as they are from the watch in the last picture,they look amazing

Hi buddy the gen insert will fit with slight modding but the gen bezel won't fit, they're totally different. Someone may be able to find a way to fit it but it wouldn't be worth the time and money,check out my thread there's a picture in there showing you the difference
