  1. CMG's Sales Growth is +20.90% and their Income Growth is +41.10%.They've been recommended as a stock to watch for the first quarter. However, I see the price as being to high. We've all seen how the fast food industry has gotten ahead of themselves. Not sure of your age, but if you are around your 30's or later you must remember Boston Market, and more recently Krispy Kreme. I don't know enough of Hyundai.Kia to comment. Dolce & Gabbana The One
  2. They look like they are finally gaining steam again. I will take a look. Thank you.
  3. If you like stocks my broker just gave me one to watch. The company is First Solar and the ticker is fslr.
  4. Guerlain Vetiver for today. I am having lunch with my broker. Hopefully something good for the new year.
  5. That one is on my shelf eight now.
  6. I figure by the time I return to work mid January I should be fine Still have to figure out where New Years eve will be.
  7. Recovering from a weeks long binge in St. Bart's. I am barely able to move. I only party twice a year and this was one of those times. Merry Christmas to all.
  8. I might be to harsh in my discussion of fragrances, now I definitely don't think PI fits into that category. Maybe I need to come back sober.
  9. I have most of those in the thread and to me they don't smell similar. Especially the Givenchy Pi, I don't know how that one got thrown in there.
  10. The font on the date looks to be a bit to thick, also the date window on the surround is incorrect. However, I don't think many people will notice these imperfections. I just noticed that the numeral 3 is not correct, but again how many people will notice this.
  11. Paypal actually charges random amounts less then $1.00 when setting up a new account using a credit/debit card to verify the account.
  12. It reminds me of the Canal St. subway station in Manhattan at first. Once it starts to dry down the smell becomes much more bearable. For some odd reason I really enjoy this one.
  13. Are you sure that this is not the company the dealer uses for their front? The dollar charges sound like a standard pre-authorisation from the company. When you see these $1 charges, it's usually the company checking to see if the card is valid. The amount is deducted from your balance, but it automatically falls off anywhere from 2 -14 days depending upon your card issuer.
  14. Another of my favorite winter fragrance is Kouros. You definitely will not find many people wearing this. This one is definitely an acquired scent.
  15. When a bank wires money once it leaves, you have no recourse. It's impossible to stop a wire transfer. If you receive a brick from a seller instead of your thousand dollar watch, you are out of a thousand dollars.
  16. Correct, if you are using PayPal it's not possible for the vendor to skim your details. When using PayPal the seller never sees the credit card. However, I believe the OP used his credit card and not PayPal for the purchase.
  17. The safest method of payment is PayPal. You are protected by PayPal as a buyer, and if the account is connected to a credit card, you are protected by the card issuer. Unless your PayPal account is compromised there is no chance of seeing un-authorized charges. I believe in the interest of the community, the offending dealer should be called out, if you are 100% certain this is where the problem lies.
  18. If you like a clean scent I suggest Boucheron Pour Homme.
  19. Definitely no photos, unless the watch is invisible, than the QC pictures are spot on.
  20. I was wondering if the fine folks here collect items besides watches. I collect quite a bit of items from old baseball cards, stamps, currency, rare & signed books, fragrances, pens, and designer clothing and bags. I've been collecting books and cards from my early teens. My father when he passed away left me his collection of baseballs cards and currency that were passed down from his father. From there my collection snowballed into other categories. Next to my watches I prefer my collection of books. I am not a fan of e-readers, I prefer to hold a book in my hands when reading. I don't get the same feeling when I am reading off of a screen. I hope one day to have children to pass down my collections, I hope they will appreciate it as much as I do. So how about you, what do you collect?
  21. You are correct I just saw one at my watch dealers. He was selling his for $36,600. A gorgeous watch I might add. If I didn't recently put in an order for an ALS I might have been tempted.
