I have read a post saying that this is a way to check gen movement turn the time over midnight so the date changed, then turn the time backward to 8 o'clock , the date will change back to previous date . Is this true? I tried it on eta 2824-2 it doesn't work

My watch always seems to have uneven cap when I close the car back. One side full tight, the other have a small cap. is this a case issue? Any fix ?

with the new v6 hands, it's amazing, flat lume and c1. However on mine, there are some grayish black dirt on the lume, it looks like rust on the lume. Am I the only one? Maybe this batch has poor QC? Check out my picture, easier to see the minute hand, The grayish parts on the lume is not shadow, it's actually on the lume.

V6 owners!! Does any of you have grayish marks on your hands set? I have lots if grayish stuff on the white lume, it's only on the hands

As we know wm9 v3 use to have deep bezel teeth better then early tc. But ever since v6 came out with the new bezel. I got very interested. Anyone can make me a side by side pic?

I have a new v3 with no engraving coming in next week. Wonder if it can be folded like v5. If can't I will sell it back out Thanks

I remember seeing someone mention a modder from here can install gen hands on eta 2824-2. anyone knows who that is? I am planning to do that

so If I remove the spring bridge, basically the spring will pop out and the datewheel will be loose right? Thanks all of you

Is there a way to take off the datewheel with the overlay together and reinstall in on another movement. I do not want to realign the Dwo again so I wish to have them taken off together

the thing is not really Tc. Since tc stuff don't always come very well QC. and in my area there is not very much watchsmith who have skills to work on these watch. If I need to get it waterproof or exchange parts . It will be a headache. I am hunting for a sean case too. But I don't think KH dial can be fitted

I have seen watch smith just using a sharp clipper to remove the hands instead of real hands remover. this rep hands are so weak, I used to have a set of hands that have some tape dirt on it. I use a q tip lighty clean it. And it's. Scratched again. gen hands use white gold, way stronger by the way, I am struggling should I buy a tc v6 and sell this one. V6 have better crown guard. just don't know if its wroth it. Since my watch is water proof very well. Tc is risk

I guess this is the best combo without going over budget . For the hands, I used those hands remover, the head of the tool is metal.. And scratched right away. I need to upgrade my skill
