Yes every sport does pale in comparison. Did you see the guys crash over the side of the road this year. That was sick. I will watch the tour everyday. I just wish the Giro was on TV.

Wow what an ignorant comment. Cycling is one of the most brutal sports in the world. The tour is 20 stages of racing with an average of 225 KM per day over mountians. The crashes are brutal. If you admit that you know nothing about it then why make such a statement - is it just to offend people.

As far as I know the answer to that is "no" not without modification. Ask mark about that.

Hey All, I got the 201a from davidesn and the 187 from Eddie (Munster) Lee. Here is a quick review about both dealers - They are accurate, fast, great packing and shipping and the communication is top notch. I could ask for nothing more.... Now for the photos... BTW Both straps are from Elliot at TC straps and I distressed them with mean nasty tools....

Welcome. That dial is a 111 dial not a 127 dial. The 111h has a sandwich dial. Most come without brushed CG's. And almost all come with a recesed pin. We upgrade our watches to eliminate the recessed pins. Photo from panerai.com

Lots to learn grasshopper. Takes much more then a day. Read and then ask specific questions. However, not the "Who has the best" one. Also use the hell out of the search function. If you have a question that you think is stupid the use the PM function and PM someone who seems to know a lot about the watch you are looking for. Many people here will help you via PM.

PS: "who has the best" questions are not answered usualy - this question usualy requires that you have shown you have done some work researching yourself first...

Wow - look at you speaking in paneri lingo - and this soon too! Yes you will want an ETA Movt with CDG engravings and a swan-neck regulator. You will want to throw away the strap that it comes with and get a better strap. You can swap the buckle from the rep strap to the new one.
