Hi lads, While reading this im lurkin on my 217 destro on the wrist and im more and more concerned ... this tends to be serious problem indeed and just the number of people that experienced this misfortune makes me unease ! Not only this brings additional cost of repair if it happens but also i can just see the weird looks in our super quiet office Is this so common on the 217 as on the 127 ? I presume yes as it looks like same cristal mounted on both. regards laz

Hmmm all this posts i read with people swimming with their UPOs , just makes me so eager not to take mine off when i go to watter but the thought of the fake he valve just stops me at the last sec. Need to get that checked at some watchmaker at 3ATM before i get it wet. regards laz

Hi, its not that i find watch big ... as i tipe this i have a 217 destro on my wrist (47mm) . Im fine with the watch size u see but looks like the bracelet feels uncofortable for me + adds to the owerall weight of it . Rubber is a nice alternative ... specialy for the upcoming heat in the summer but atm with all the problems with the strap poping out of place ... I would go with a black kevlar option maybe with an omega buckle or deployment clasp , anyone had tried that ? regards laz

Got this one as my firs rep. and like the watch but 3 weeks later got my first pam and from then on it just sits lonely in the box . One thing i noticed on a few occasions i had it on my wrist is that i felt unconfortable with the metal bracelet and the weight of the watch ... so was wondering if i put it on some other strap maybe this will make me keep it ? I saw lot of posts o the rubber option but due to some problems with the strap poping out im maybe skippin that ... opinions appriciated. I was wondering is there is any kevlar strap available maybe this coud do the trick ? Or maybe a leather strap . I saw it also on nato but in my opinion watch is its to heavy for it ... if someone tried out some of the options let me know what u think also pictures appriciated . if i dont sort out somethin soon this one will be traded towards the next PAM or maybe a steelfish on rubber ... regards laz

No the CG dont bother me as i do wear it slightly higher then on the picture above , sittin in a coffe bar as i write this , there is a guy oposite to me just staring at this piece , u will be noticed wearing a 47mm pam thats for sure @ rotwild ... any news on ure purchase ? recived the PM ? hope u doo soon as ure spending toooo mucht time at my desk at work hehehe . This is what came today by post , manny thx rolli ! Package, contents all top notch !!! What was there , aaaaa 217 pam on black strap , bob suede strap biege 26mm and a dark brown bob leather strap 24mm (for my pam 118 titanium tobaco brown dial , matches super, will post pictures latter as i already put it on). Off topic question , u mentioned u usualy wear 44/47mm watches , looking on ure wrist shoot u dont have big wrists or im missing somethin, as 39 mm rolex looks much smaller on mine. The reason asking is i have a 47 mm watch on the way and now wondering how big it will be on my wrist (217 destro) . Hi m8 i just had a recent discussion with a friend of mine on the forum pbe2410 regarding my PO 45mm and waterproofing , he told me that he has a contact in Spain and he sent his PO for 6atm waterproofing and re-lume . I dont know about other things this guy can make but if u send him a PM im sure he will be able to give u contact and more info . regards laz
