    I sent him two watches last summer. I was lucky enough to get one back in November of 2013 and actually in working order. But he still has a $750 watch of mine since July of 2013.     Dumb question I am trying to pay via pp in Euros like Maurice asked for (its showing me how many USD) it is when I put tbe Euro amount in but its saying it cannot send. payment.
