  1. Damn! Cant stop comming back at this thread. Lovely watch. Where could i find one of those slim cases?
  2. Beautiful build chi! Where did you source that tudor case its spot on!
  3. GWSD 1665 go for 10k-15k and DRSD from 20k-30k and you can also find 5513's that go for 15k as well. Doesn't matter wich one BF gets, all can be pulled off.
  4. Here is all the info you need about the bezel assembly on a BP sub. http://www.repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=208065 Good luck
  5. He hasn't updated the prices on his watch list so now it shoud be $450 since all come with TC 2824, since he last quoted me: ''I have the parts for TC Sub LV Type II in stock but I don't have any build in one piece for immediate shipment. The current turnaround time is 19 to 21 days if you like to place an order. Cost of TC LV Sub Type II with ETA 2824 is US$585 I'm also offering TC LV Sub Type II with TC 2824 movement at US$450. Type II is of exact specs to Type I except Type II has no bezel insert. It's a perfect launch pad for members who wants to put a gen bezel insert on, whether green or black, or go for a franken project.''
  6. Thanks for the info., last time i spoke to him he still carried swiss movements. Good to know that the overall price is down then.
  7. Thaks jerkstore thats exactly what i wanted to see, if they were punched or laser etched.
  8. jerkstore could you post some pics of the engravings on the raffles case?
  9. Wtf? of course not mate! That is a terrible rep. If you'd like to buy a sub, and are expecting to pay $500, go for a TC, it's the best submariner available in the market, it takes all the gen parts. You can find it here http://blog.tc-sub.com/ There is also a version with a non swiss movement wich is not listed in TC watches list wich is a little cheaper, just ask him for that one and you are good to go. Good luck
  10. That is the best rep available for the old version of the explorer 2, it has gen construction and all white EXPL dials have the crooked marker at 12. So you'll have to get fixed by yourself or someone else. But its a hell of a good rep and as MD said, very easy to fix it.
  11. My guess is that this is a yuki case, since all yuki's 6538 are very wokky.
  12. Andrew is a great dealer! i just bought two watches from him. a GMT II C, and an omega CPO. Great communication, fast response and QC.
  13. anyone has link to the BP ceramic GMT 2? thanks
  14. Fake, look at the inside clasp where rolex logo is laser etched, it should be in matte like color not shiny.
  15. looks great cc! great improvement, beautiful really!
  16. Thanks for the input guys. Yeah i already have a leather strap comming from Donerix. I have no problems modding watches, is there anything else i should mod?
  17. Hi guys, I recieved my 6241 from DW, 10 days ago. Everything worked perfecty, chronos rested to zero, and now suddently it stops and runs. I havn't worn it outside the hose, so i gues it only needs to get serviced as with all 7750's to run and work properly. Anyway i was thingking about selling it since i've worn it about 4-5 times, and my SD gets all the wrist time. I just wanted some input on the bracelet it came with from DW. Anyone seen these engravings on the inside of the clasp before? Thanks
  18. Great project man, and a beautiful watch for sure. I just reciebed this one today from DW. I know some people are having trouble with him, but mine was a smooth transaction and communication was really good. sorry for the crappy phone pics
  19. Damn cc! stop posting those 6538 pics! just kidding mate! that's the most beautiful watch on this forum! i neeeed one!
  20. It looks great! Congrats on your first build.
