aajaxxx007, from the pics the crown guards on your SD look good to me, but the experts might chime in and tell us better. Dont know about the lume problem, it might differ from watch to watch, and also my SD hands are a bit darker in color compared to lume dots, thats why i will change them for TC's. I am very happy with the gen insert, it really looks fantastic. I just recieved Tc's bracelet today and the clasp is awsome, i will post some pics later.

I had to sand it down for about 40 minutes, since it's a trial and error thing, until it fitted perfectly without having to glue it. From that pic crown guards look ok to me, but as panerai 153 said, we need better quality pics. Crown guards on my SD covered the crwon on the sides so i had to trim them down. Now they look great. Also i am waiting on a TC SD bracelet and gen crown and tube, i think i will also change the dial and hands for TC's as well.

Reahult is not woky at all, i think it may be the angle of the pic. This is the new Superlumed version, the SSD is the old version with the correct crown guards. The insert shown in the pics is a gen with gen pearl.. Thanks Ruprekt, this would be great, but i took the movement out today while i was shaving the crown guards and it appears that the HEV on this new superlumed models is faux, i will check again since it would be very cool having a gen HEV on it.

Hi guys, just wanted to share some pics of my little project, is not finished yet since i am still waiting on some parts (tc 93160A bracelet, gen crown, gen tube) i just finished shaving the crown guards, first time i do this mod and i think i nailed it pretty good lol... it already has a gen insert.. what do yoy guys think? any other mod i should do? on to the pics: Gen insert and pearl Crown guards shaved Wrist shot on bond nato strap And for all you lume lovers here is some porn for you as well Any ideas and suggestions are welcomed... Yes im sure. . I bought it from a member at TRF as a sea dweller insert. So i should sand the bezel instead of the insert ?

Hi guys, I just recieved my new superlummed sea dweller and already had a gen insert to go with it, so i removed the pearl with an exacto knife to remove the rep insert wich was glued on to the bezel. When i compared them they seem identical in size, but when i tried to put it on... SURPRISE... the gen insert did not fit so i had to put back the rep insert wich did not needed to be glued again, it snapped right in perfectly. Any ideas on what mods to do so i can get it to fit? Thanks in advice

I would buy one as it is and then send it to a mod to get it perfect. It looks great.
