OEM stands for "original equipment manufacturer", and in this case refers to straps that come directly from the maker that you would get at an AD, as opposed to aftermarket straps.

For OEM style gator Peter.watchacc over on risti is pretty hard to beat. Better quality than TWB, and still considerably less than OEM. Or you could just watch the accessory collectors market over there, I have a great black OP gator strap that I picked up on there used for $120. Nicest strap I own, probably.

This actually looks like it's gonna be pretty bad. It's more than just a hurricane, it's also a big front coming in from the northwest along with a full moon (causing high tides) as I understand it. I'm here in the DC area, far enough from the coast that I don't think we'll see real devastation but we'll probably be without power for a few days. Not looking forward to it, but really feeling for those people closer to the coast that are gonna get slammed. I agree that the media has a tendency to overhype these things, but even if it is somewhat hyped and judging by the warnings coming from meteorological services this is still gonna be pretty serious.

I've never really posted on here much, but I'm very active on a couple of the other rep forums. I hoping you guys can possibly help me out. I really need a bracelet link for my new ultimate 15300, preferably two but I could do with just one. I will pay top dollar, or be happy to trade in parts or anything else I have. I really, really like this watch but the previous owner lost the extra links. I thought it would fit, but it turns out my wrist is bigger than I thought. If no one has one they would be willing to part with, perhaps someone can point me to a dealer who might be able to source one? Thanks in advance for your help.

I think most of the ROO secs@12 line is supposed to have AR'd cyclopses now, though some of them have the undesirable blue AR and some don't, for reasons that I can't figure out. The black dial Rubberclad, for example, has Blue AR. I think the Black Themes (among lots of other ones) now has colorless AR on the cyclops.

The rumored V4, if it ever materializes, is supposedly being made by the H Factory/Hublot V1 Maker. Certainly they make very good reps, but they're never done an AP before.

I just got my V3 and it's an amazing rep. Not 100% perfect, but you should be more than happy.

I'm by no means a noob, I just don't post on this forum all that much. The point is that the factory making the so-called "V4 diver" has never made an AP rep before. It's not the same factor that has made the first three iterations of this rep. Josh and Andrew have a tendency to mislead customers about the relative quality of N factory watches because they don't have a working relationship with that factory, which is common knowledge. I can't say I blame them, as it's in their interest to do so, but it's not entirely honest behavior so I see no reason not to call them out on it if it's in the best interest of the community. To that end, they haven't substantiated their rumors of this "much improved V4" since they started spreading them, so at this point it appears to be a less than credible attempt to dissuade people from buying the V3 diver from their competition (noob factory). If the "V4" really is that much better, wonderful. I might consider buying one even. I just think people should know the context of these rumors before they put too much stock in them.

Jesus, Josh and Andrew are shameless aren't they? What they meant to say is "I'm not selling this watch because the maker refuses to deal with me." All this talk about the V4's improvements seems a bit hasty to me, as the only source of these rumors is two dealers who don't have a ton of credibility when it comes to anything having to do with the Noob maker. I'll be thrilled if the V4 really is an improvement, but the AR color and lume strength are the only thing I seem them being likely to succeed in improving, and there's myriad other elements of the watch that they could possibly get wrong on a first try.
