I fully understand it's an uncomfortable position for you and i'm sorry for that but after more than two months and seeing you're not even considering asking a refund to have the quickest solution possible it's hard for me not to be at least a bit suspicios. I really can't understand how you can give credit to those guys after so many mistakes and delays. Btw, if i remember right slightly wrong tint means it was red despite your clear instructions for a blue tint. They can't distinguish a blue tint from a red tint, will they send a replacement with right size and shape? It wouldn't be the first lie... You said it's a courier issue, probabily it's true, but it's not yours or mine problem, you're dealing with the coating company and its their responsability as they've chosen the courier and they pay for the shipping service (i suppose they use this courier regularly).

Yes mate i totally share it..... unfortunately b16a2 seems to have a different opinion (maybe cause crystal is mine). Jakub's service is really great and no doubt he is a trustworthy, reliable and efficient guy. i'm sending him a second sapphire next week.

Jakub what concerns me most is the time necessary to source it IF you find a dealer disposed to waste his time with spare parts. At least one more month....

Come on guys, give me your suggests. What would you do? Would you ask a refund to the company or would you wait n. more weeks hoping there will be no more mistakes (not very likely)? I'm tired of this situation.....

Hi Jakub, crystal was pretty flat and probabily will be my next shipment to you. Hoping will be soon.

I'm updating you....it's a total disaster. This company is absolutely unreliable (my bad, i should have known after they said they coated Rolex crystals)...after two months i'm still waiting for my crystal back. Most likely it's lost and they will try to replace it...in some way. In september Ar company coated crystal in the wrong way (despite instructions were clear) and shipped the crystal so b16a2, once received, sent it back again to take a new shot. Since then they haven't delivered it and they always repeat there're problems with courier. After 2 months it looks like it's lost. Company offered to replace the crystal but honestly i'm not very confident they can do it properly (they also offered to coat the crystal correctly but it's a fact weren't able to do it) moreover i don't wanna waste more time, two months it's long enough to say time's up. They haven't been able to coat it rightly and they can't even deliver in the same country (it's not an international shipment)....how can i be confident they can clonate a crystal well (size, shape, material...)? I suggest b16a2 to ask a refund and get rid of em asap but apparently he doesn't agree with my solution. Now....what do you think we should do? Do you reckon they can easily create a new crystal identical to my previous one? Frankly i strongly doubt but i'd like to have your opinions on it now. Thanks

She didn't shipped what i payed for and she stopped answer my mails. I'm doing a review and warning everybody to use paypal with her as i could chargeback in sooner or later.

They're ridiculous now

Dial looks very accurate and case is the same 3717's (42mm diameter). Nice watch, though i'd prefer an accurate 38mm version. I linked King's site as i can't find it anywhere else ...... but i warn you to buy from her as she just ripped me off.

I dunno for sure what's the material but i know you can scratch the caseback very very easily. Material looks really very soft compared to my other ss watches.

It sounds new to me. Are you sure she simply prefers not to ship to ITALY?

Teejay i totally agree, same negative experience for me. They are honest but no doubt they dropship almost every watch and don't check em at all (but they state the contrary and justifice delays with quality check.... obviously they just [censored] us...). Unluckly it's the same story with all chinese dealer (maybe it's not true for Ruby and Trevor, but i could be wrong as i've had just one transaction with him). Same downside with King: she ships very often wrong watches and i've been waiting for items for months (she doesn't even reply mails anymore) and i'm opening a complaining topic soon. Frankly i'm fed up with all this.

Angus sells it for the same price. He said the final version will be improved, i really hope they fixed inner bezel alignment (and working) and date wheel. And price would be still too high for me with no ss bracelet. I guess i'll wait for a better price and some reviews before pulling the trigger.

Andrew and Josh sell it for 348$. Available from 5th Nov. Still bad date whell and misaligned rotating bezel. And no mention for the ss bracelet.

If you search pics of genuine on the web you can see the replica is very accurate in that. Genuine pic you posted here is wrong, genuine watch in the flesh is like replica.

I apologize. There's a correct version of railmaster with a true matte dial. It's a shame i was shipped the wrong version with a glossy dial.

Me too. I just installed my 3717 crystal and now it looks way better. My next upgrade will be with another Iwc, Gst chrono (i don't care if genuine ain't any coating) Kudos for Jakub, really a great guy. I'll post some (crappy) pics as soon as i can.
