She's not very comfortable with english language and sometimes she prefers not to give extra clarifications but that doesn't mean she won't take care of you. Use a basic language in your communication with her. Which option would you prefer? - watch replacement - new spare dial Suggest her your favourite solution considering that option number 1 entails that you'll have to ship the watch back to China before getting the new one and it takes time.

Found a s/n on the Bay but suppliers need both case number (located inside the back case) and serial number....

Thanks Marrick, yes i regularly check ebay but i've never seen any railmaster dial just vintage seamaster models or chrono models of different sizes (i need a 32mm dial). suissetime sells a beautiful 34mm seamaster dial...my bad luck

Me too, actually i ordered it yesterday the black and white dial so no doubt i'm the absolute early adopter this time. I hope i won't regret.

It was for a Railmaster project but suppliers need S/N and case back numbers.... I also sent a mail to Ofrei (he sells spare dials and i doubt he needs SN) but got no answer. Of course i wrote the correct model (2503.52). Should i give up?
