Try to contact Finepics, repaustria or palpatine.
I'm not sure they're still disposed to help with mods and i don't know how much they charge either but it's worth trying to drop 'em a line.
Best thing would be to find someone who can help you without shipping the watch, for instance a local watchmaker.
A couple of days is a reasonable time for King, as far as i know she usually connects to the internet once a day, not that often.
She's not very comfortable with english language and sometimes she prefers not to give extra clarifications but that doesn't mean she won't take care of you.
Use a basic language in your communication with her.
Which option would you prefer?
- watch replacement
- new spare dial
Suggest her your favourite solution considering that option number 1 entails that you'll have to ship the watch back to China before getting the new one and it takes time.
Thanks Marrick,
yes i regularly check ebay but i've never seen any railmaster dial just vintage seamaster models or chrono models of different sizes (i need a 32mm dial).
suissetime sells a beautiful 34mm seamaster dial...my bad luck
It was for a Railmaster project but suppliers need S/N and case back numbers....
I also sent a mail to Ofrei (he sells spare dials and i doubt he needs SN) but got no answer.
Of course i wrote the correct model (2503.52).
Should i give up?
I didn't know that site, interesting.
I just wonder where they are located and ship from.
Your Carrera is amazing, finishes on bracelet are really great.
I've just ordered a Carrera Chrono and hope manufacturers will release soon a Twin Time Carrera.
Please stop posting Omega SMP chrono pics, it's still on my list... i'm just afraid it could be a little bulky for my taste though i'm used to a black faced Tag Link chrono .
Stunning replica.
