Thanks Thom, looks very similar to mine. Same movement and mine is also a manual. I love the fact that it is the last of what I consider the true cosmonautes. I think you are right about hanging on to it though - and in time it should appreciate in value. I think the bracelet on mine is about $2200 new. THanks for your help, I think my decision is made. I'll just buy the reps that I want little by little.

I wouldnt say that I am in denial, I do treat all of my watches with care though.

I do tend to agree with you here, accuracy is very important to me. Part of the reason that I hesitate to even sell my gen Brietling. It is by far and away the nicest watch that I own. The only reason that I even consider selling it is that I find myself wearing my reps more often than it; and I fear damaging it. The reps are so close now that only true afficianados can tell the difference.

Since I am considering parting with my beloved gen Breitling Cosmonaute and will have some cash to spend what should I spend it on? Here is my current list that I think I want.
