  1. Not a bad idea....but somehow the GMT hand makes the 320 look a bit too crowded on the dial. Am open to look @ any good brand....only exception is ...no Lollies
  2. Ok...so got some money to spend on a gen. Am looking @ spending not more than USD 7K (+ - few hundred). So what are my choices? Couple of things that I have looked at...am still deciding.... # PAM 312 - I like it a lot. The movement is in-house Panerai....but I already have a Vac 111h and a couple of Fiddys(DSN & PWC). # CVSTOS Twin challange - looked @ this watch yesterday.....Tonneau shape.....and 53mm....but did not give me that nice gen feeling. Getting a good deal on a 1 yr old watch @ $4.3K As such...I like big watches (44mm at least....the bigger the better ) which has a nice gen feeling and a lot of wrist presence. No Rollies pls. Would appreciate any help/opinions/suggestions. Cheers
  3. Put it up on the fleabay and sell it for a premium Taka
  4. The watch in person ....looks sorta ok.....the dial is very well made...but perhaps because of the color scheme doesn't stand out. The Ar is also weak....perhaps that's why. If I get this....will need to get a new strap which costs about US$180.
  5. Hmmmm....am still thinking about it.
  6. Thanks Ken. But am not much into Rollies. The DSSD V2 is the only one I own and have probably worn it less than 5 times. Am looking for a big/chunky watch...which this one fit the bill....but wasn't all that great looking in person.
  7. No go. Saw the watch in person just now. Doesn't look like it's worth the money.
  8. Thinking of buying this CVSTOS. It's a pre-owned watch and a local dealer has it for sale. The watch specs are: 53 x 41mm stainless steel case with see through back Grey dial with luminous markers. 2nd time zone at 6 o'clock position and QS date at 12 o'clock position The watch is about 14 months old. The list price for this is about $12,000 and a new one goes for about US$7,800 - after discount (in Singapore). I am getting this for about US$4,500. Comes with box+papers and warranty till April '2010. I can see the watch in person before I decide to buy it. Just want your opinion on the watch. Here are some not so good pics of the actual watch (eBay etc. has some listings for this as well):
  9. Wow....am fascinated by this watch movement. The dealer should come out in the open and start selling these "vintage" movements
  10. Can't wait for the review.
  11. Hmm....mine is non jailbroken phone. Any way I can install this?
  12. Thanks. Will this work only on the 3GS or on regular 3G upgraded to 3.0?

Ken....you may want to try a couple of things: # ensure you have admin status on the machine (or run IE8 as admin) # Also....since you upgraded....sometimes the link gets screwed up. Try running ie from start>run>iexplore.exe # In your manage addons screen make the option as "show all addons" (stupid suggestion this one )
  17. PM me your mail id and I'll send you high res pics of the ones you want.
