Ok lets be clear about the whole WU thing.

In most countries now you can send money via online site, just like PP

When sending money via WU you can use your CC which gives 120 days chargeback protection, PP gives 45 days

When paying WU to a TD you are sending money to someone who has been listed on these forums for years so you do have an avenue to fix issues.

When paying PP it is you the buyer who has all the protection and in very many cases you are a total unknown, all dealers have been burned many times by unknown buyers through PP.

I also have questions about the legality of the letter, not being able to read it I do not know if there is any customs or court order to back the fine.

Bergies/Replicaplaza has recently set up a shipping partnership with RWG member Denimhead.

We have a seller/buyer relationship that goes back years and I am comfortable in recommending him to forward all EU parcels.

This means that I will no longer charge any shipping to any EU country that is forwarded through Denimhead, however each customer using this service will need to contact him directly to inquire on his fee for delivery.

I will still guarantee delivery through the UK customs but my responsibility will end after the parcel is successfully received by denimhead.

I have a long list of customers who cannot access my web site.

In theory my site is supposed to be seized by Chrome Hearts, a brand that I have never sold or listed on my site.

However for me my web site has not been down at all and my sales rep after seeing it go down cleared her cookies and now it works fine for her too.

I ask if those trying to view my site please try clearing your cookies and in the meantime we are working at moving it to a new URL, this cannot be done until tomorrow (Monday my time) as the ISP people needed for the shift are not available today.

This makes me so sad, Alan was a personal friend who I have shared beers and dinner with on a number of occasions, he used to live not far and if fact serviced my fathers boat regularly before moving to the Gold coast.

He even took time to do a little tour guiding for my parents when they were up his way years ago.

A genuinely nice guy who built his watch parts business the hard way travelling to Gaungzhou.
