Thx CJ I am a [censored]. There's so much info available and I'm so attracted to shiny objects that I'm easily side tracked, forgetting what I was originally searching for. Cyborg you have a pm.
cheers fellas.
Be careful of friendlyperson2012 on eBay. I've had a dispute for a fake jubilee he sold as gen. Also check this fake 3035 he was selling recently. Nice collection by the way. The 1675 will be a thing of beauty.
Thx for the response guys. I'll be getting the y3135 anyway so I'll give it a go and report back. I've collected 2 gen dials for this build. I'd really like to avoid cutting the feet off these gems.
Hi folks as the title implies I want to transplant a y3135 into my 16800 case. I understand I'll need a spacer between movement and dial to make up for the thinner 3135 profile. Is this it or am I missing something? I already have gen dial, hands, crown etc.
Thanks in advance.
I wear a spanking 16800 sub with work shirts. It fits under the cuff of my tight fitting shirts nicely and looks the part in a corporate environment whereas with my 372 I may as well walk around with my schlong hanging out of the zipper. It's way too big and flashy for my liking. It certainly doesn't wreck shirts though. My recommendation is get a dress watch into the routine and save the Pam for weekends, nights and other days you wish to make the statement.
Hi folks the thread on my sa's crown tube is goneski. Anyone know if the tube can be replaced or where to find a replacement case? Thx for reading. Ciao
Thx for your response folks but I've spoken to a few that've managed to fit them on a v1. Apparently v2 is a much better proposition. I'm going to take the risk and get the parts in. I'll let you know definitively how I go.
Hi folks apologies if this has been covered, I couldn't find any info on the forum. Has anyone succeeded with a gen date disc on an sa3135 v2? Any help appreciated!
How do you guys feel about spider dials? I was after a mat one but saw this and had to make an offer. I think it'll look great in my 16800 project. I'd be keen to see your comments, it's an unusual pattern.
I need to find matching hands now!
