Toro was quick in response,even its only 4 days aft CNY when i submitted my request... But,the email conversation was rather impatient,for my personal opinion.That's why,i switch to another dealer for that particular model. But,i will still patronize from him again in future if there's chances,as hes quite a reputable rep dealer here in forum...
