  1. Any chance we'll see a rep made of the Clerc Hydroscaphs? Really beautiful design.
  2. I'm looking for a nice 46mm bell & ross with a swiss movement. I want a simple dial with ss case and black dial. Does anyone sell these pre-superlumed? I know there's been some issues with misadvertised movements in these watches, has this issue been resolved?
  3. Great! Yes, I'm very happy with the corrected L Swiss L, the close to the 6 one really bothered me. Also, I'm looking forward to the improved lume. I'm going to call a watch guy near me to see how much he'll charge for the dial/hand swap tomorrow.
  4. Davidsen quoted me $70 for C3 superlumed dial and hands. Is this dial the closest one to date? http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e230/wat...1H/DSCF1899.jpg
  5. yeah yeah, rub it in! What do you need 2 111s for!? If you get tired of the one on your right wrist, let me know and I'll take it off your hands
  6. Is there anywhere to source the actual swiss movement with correct bridges/swan neck etc? Also, really looking for a correct dial. Who sells the most correct one?
  7. Would I be able to get this swapped in, transferring all the bridges and screws etc from the asian? http://www.ofrei.com/page206.html If so, I've still saved money on the purchase.
  8. What's wrong with the movement? I thought the asian looks the same as the swiss because they use the exact same bridges?
  9. I went ahead and bought this http://www.perfectclones88.com/pn11105-ser...6497-p-782.html I guess I'm going to mod it myself. What's a good start? I was thinking of sending it over to The Zigmeister for a relume and cannon pin fix for starters. I'd like to get a new dial, without the t swiss t so close to the six and the proper A's. Is the lume part of the dial on the 111h or is it something under the cutouts that is lumed? I'd love to just order a pre-lumed dial with those fixes. Where I can find one like that?
  10. I went ahead and bought this http://www.perfectclones88.com/pn11105-ser...6497-p-782.html I guess I'm going to mod it myself. What's a good start? I was thinking of sending it over to The Zigmeister for a relume and cannon pin fix for starters. I'd like to get a new dial, with the swiss made so close to the six and the wrong A's it bugs the crap out of me. Is the lume part of the dial on the 111h or is it something under the cutouts that is lumed?
  11. tried to buy it, didn't work out. Anyone know someone else selling pre-lumed 111h? I really don't want to wait to have it relumed.
  12. Hi, I don't have access to the trading zone as a basic member. Can you let me know who's selling it?
  13. how do I contact Davidsen? I can't find any info by doing a search.
  14. Also, if anyone is selling a 111 with these mods already done, shoot me a PM. Thanks!
  15. I'm looking for an accurate 111h for a decent price. I hear davidsen sells fully modded (lumed, cannon pin fix?) Pams, but how do I contact him? Is the font off on his 111?
  16. Is there any major issues with the Asian Unitas 6497? I don't want to turn this into another Asian VS Swiss thread, I just want to know about this particular movement and if it's reliable.
  17. I had this issue with the strap flexing out as well. I will go to my local watchband store (yes, it's a watch BAND store) and buy bigger springbars soon to try and see if this fixes the problem.
  18. I can't imagine these watches NOT being waterproof. A $10 timex is waterproof to 30m, $30/$40 Fossil chronos are waterproof to 100m. Why wouldn't these high quality reps be? Just for kicks I dropped a $20 Rolex rep I bought on the streets of NYC in a cup of water and left it overnight, in the morning, no leaks. I won't hesitate to swim with my UPO, but my HE does screw down pretty tight, which makes me a little more at ease.
  19. Got mine today. After 25 minutes prying at the springbar with a little flathead eyeglass screwdriver and a gouged finger, I switched to a smaller screwdriver and it came off in seconds. Use a smaller tool if you can't get it off, I don't know how it worked, but it did! Now onto the strap... I really like it. It's very thick heavy-duty rubber. There is a little gap on the sides of one of the band sides where it meets the dial but it's not very noticeable. It's very comfortable, and although it was dusty when I recieved it, I cleaned it once and it's remained pretty dust-free for the last 5 or so hours I've been wearing it. Worth $35.
  20. Any updates? Were they shipped?
  21. I can't believe you can critique an almost unnoticeable (without reference lines and macro images) tilt in the logo when the entire logo on these watches is the completely wrong shape. I find that to be a much bigger issue. Also, mine looks perfectly straight :-P
  22. How often do people comment on your Panerai? How many people recognize what it is?
  23. I was half expecting that to have been an April fool's joke. What is Omega thinking?
  24. The HE on my 45mm PO screws down pretty tight. Tight enough to where I have to apply decent pressure with my fingernail to unscrew it. I bought it from Joshua on March 28th.
  25. I think the orange bezel makes the watch. It's unique.
