@relaxman How good are this new modern replicas? How are the crown gards? Is there any pics side by side genuine vs replica?

Im glad that my dad took so good care of this watch, i asked him if it was ever polished some years ago, but he said that he cant remember if it ever was.

Maaaan, that one is a thick brick. I would love it if tudor made a thinner case and with lugholes! But the rep looks realy good when you look at it, well made!

No, it dosent need to be perfect, i have a few vintage dials that are not perfect, thats the charm. But when you first saw this dial you tought it was good/perfect now you know it has scratches, how do you think you will feel after a few days with that dial installed and when you see the scratches in some angles/lights they will eat you from the inside out, belive me. You have a chanse to pass on this one, i think you should take it.

After you posted your pic that pointed out the scratches, now when you look close at op's pic you can actuly see the scratches he should thank you, you saved him some money
