  1. Anyone know if this watch is repped anywhere? I saw them at the AD and it's stunning. An affordable alternative to an IWC imo. Of course if it's repped, then an even more affordable alternative
  2. How about just modding the datewheel? You would probably want to add gen hands too. Looks like the GMT hand is too fat and short.
  3. I have seen the TT version at an AD, so it's out there. Doesn't look as bad in person, but I'd agree, just not right for such a sporty watch. Just ask yourself, how would this look on a rubber strap? there's your answer. Btw, the calibre s looks great in pictures but cheap looking in real life imho.
  4. Thanks guys. I just sold/traded some of my favs. The Sub and the Daylight 251. Hopefully they will get the wrist time they deserve. As for SMP reps, it's such a versitile classic watch, i'm looking for a good deal on a gen. It's kinda silly though. How hard is to accurately rep such a simple watch?
  5. Thanks UB7. It's actually up for sale or trade. It's getting a lot of attention, I'm worried I'm gonna regret letting it go!
  6. Just need a couple more pieces like a UPO, an IWC (portuguese), and a Tag Carrera and I'm shutting the doors, and locking myself in to do mods.
  7. Hmmn, thanks for all this great input. Sometimes save a few bucks just ain't worth the hassle I guess. Thats probably why i prefer buying from trusted members before dealers.
  8. It looks like the same PO that Josh/Andrew are selling but for only $200. Anyone have any first hand experience with this UPO from Trevor? Trevor's UPO link

  14. Here is a side by side comparo video of the SwissFish to the AsianFish. Enjoy.
  15. I asked the dealer about the mvmt in the Asian SFSO I bought and here is his response: Looks like they might have their info wrong, since the A2813 doesn't beat at 28,800.
  16. Looking for a blue smp dial for asian mvmt.
  17. FYI the YM II is being repped $99 http://www.pam111.com/product_info.php?cPa...roducts_id=1816
  18. Do any of our dealers sell rep parts? I need a smp rep dial.
  19. Quality Collection there Jiro! So what's next on your hit list? Who is your favorite dealer?
  20. The seconds hand is at 9oclock and the chrono hand is activated by the pusher, not the other way around...
  21. So then why do our dealers advertise them at 28,800? Is this incorrect? False advertising?
  22. Wanted to try out the new Youtube feature so here you go: 4th gen PO is Swiss Eta 2824-2. The SFSO is supposed to be an Asian 2813 ETA 21J at 28,800. But it doesn't seem that smooth to me. I've heard of people getting the 21,600 vph mvmt in the Asian SFSO. Could this be that mvmt?
  23. So nice. Post more pics after the glow on your face wears off a bit
