It all becomes clear now.
It has the meaning I though, but I was trying to work out the actual letters!

I've only ever seen this term used on here and it's only come into usage recently. WTF is a WIS?

'gator does look nice, I've got Aaron doing me a price for a custom length one with orange stitch for my large wrist.
Next question though, what sort of buckle? A normal tang seems a bit bland.
-
I'm wondering if links from the gen will fit the rep bracelet.
-
I think black goes without saying, preferably with orange stitching but what material?
Snake, Croc, what would look good?

It'd be nice to find someone in the UK who does average cases as well. I just did a tot up and I've now got 12 watches needing to be stored somewhere. Quite scary really when you consider that I only discovered this place just before Christmas!
-
Doh.
The brushed one arrived, not the polished one. Josh is sending me a replacement.
But I tried it on to ensure the bracelet fits, it does (just) and I now I'm even more keen to get the right one!

I think it's internal.

Have a look at this thread http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=9437&st=0
At the end of the very first post there's a PDF showing how to do it.

I was too busy watching the trailer to look at his wrist! Looks like it's going to be a good film

Aye, 20mm.

Sometimes tracking does work...

Welcome Corbyite
We have a site in Corby. I go there sometimes.

It does fit well but I have a large wrist at somewhere between 8.25 and 8.5 inches circumference. I think that large watches look great on a big wrist but bloody stupid on thin wrists.
Luckily I have a mans size wrist

I saw that, it looks interesting but the trouble is that I have a large wrist. The last strap I bought was from Aaron and custom made at 150/85. That one there would never get even close to fitting around my wrist, so I may have to go custom again.

Must have done something right, it stayed on all day today.

Ooops, didn't see the above post and bought glue for this at the weekend, it was the 'Rapid' version but it's done the job rather well.
I was a bit scared of getting the glue on the crystal but managed to avoid doing that and it's now stuck solid and nicely aligned.
Next to decide whether to wear it on the bracelet or get a strap for it. I've got a couple of loose pins on the clasp which my local jewellers come watchsmith couldn't fix so I may have to pick up a strap. I reckon it'd look good on some kind of black with orange stitching.
I'm just pleased my first repair has worked OK

Well I looked long and hard at the Air King, then I looked at my Datejust. Then I looked at the Tag and read the review and impulse bought it!
-
Damnit, reading here is too addictive. I was going to pick up an Air King but the Tag bug finally bit me.
I read By-Tor's review here yesterday and the impulse thing kicked in and I've just ordered one from Joshua

Yes, I think I prefer that as well. Joshua has the stick marker version
