  2. A chrono is designed for a particular purpose. Push a button to start, push a button stop, and push a button to reset. The above arguments stating, "It should be fine if you don't use the chrono" are also absurd. That's like buying a car and not taking it on the freeway. I don't care if you're timing a egg boiling and seeing how long your farts last - what's wrong with that? Use the chrono for its intended purpose. If you simply want the "look" of a chrono - just buy one of the cheap non-functioning versions.

    AMEN!!

  3. I just received the new Chronomat Evolution aka 'BCE ultimate' (asian 7750) from the BEST dealer around and it already has resetting problems. My Bentley GT (same dealer same movement) had the same problem and according to The Zigmeister it is caused by a jammed up chrono cam (click). I e-mailed with the dealer and he said many reps suffer from this problem and as long as it resets corectly to 12 I have nothing to worry about :bye1: .....

I'm all for the boycott. No more Asian 7750 after this!!

  4. Well ... I just received my graphite Evolution and it does the exact god damn thing as my GT. The chrono cam is jamming up! The chronograph minute and second hand don't instantly jump to zero when I press the reset button (only after I release the reset button).

    Bummer!!
