Last weekend i was at a AD of BR in Milano, Italy
I put off my Rep BR and went inside and ask the very friendly Dealer named Gabriele for Strap and Buckle in PVD:
first he shows me a velcro, than i ask for PVD Buckle the 24 one which is on the rubberstraps. i told him its for a custom Strap that i want to build on my own.
I ask him for the price and yes i bought both the Velcro-Strap and the PVD Buckle...ask me not for the Price but i was so exited...
He took off the buckle by strapping a watch from his showwindow... `No problemo

Hi friends
as a panerai freak i have some straps normally used on my Pams
but today and after some nice comments for the vintage strap i put some 26 Straps on my orange BR
First is a not sold vintaged one from blowin in the wind watchinger:
this one was not so difficult to strap on cause the hole for lugs fitted with relativly thin leather, not so the second one
one of the best handcrafted Strap made by Tootall
the leather is so thick that i cant put the screwtubes from horn to horn to get it closed, after getin the leather a bit thinner it fit but my fingers get a a bit wound. But i think the combo looks wonderful, or?
So what do you think?
Cheers

Hello Friends,
Got a 46 BR from friendly VDBroucke, his wrists are a little small for the BIG... his opinion....
so some bucks changed and i got that one shown below. not knowing anything from which dealer it comes
so some flaws a easaly to remark i.e. the shiny screws beside the Dial,
don't know if it has sapphire or not seems to be so but some fine scratches are viewable, but deffinatly a strong AR.
it has a automatic movement inside which runs a bit too fast but doesnt bother me ( what are 15sec/day in our fast time)( don t open it yet )
i m waiting to get a nicer strap from TWP (velcro/rubber) afer chinese new year
and building a unique leather strap from vintage leather (not the one on pics, just a test, recognizing how thin the leather have to be at the bars)
so here are the pics
on vintage leather and look at the shiny screws, but over all the pvd is a real one i think, in compare with some pics of cheaper reps on ioffer or cq
and today after using dull black painture (in background Gen ones)
hope you enjoyed the pics
have a nice weekend

B&R 01-92, Movement question
in Movement Q&A
Posted
Hello
I am looking for a replacement movement for Bell Ross 01-92 46mm
The Gen 2892 from Eta does not fit cause the screw which hold the stem is not on the same place as on better Rep cases.(Do-not-unscrew)
Same for chinese Sea-Gull ST1800
Don t know which movement has the right dimensions 26X3,6 AND the right place for the stem release screw
Any Opinions
Any solutions
Sorry for broken english
Helmut
