Looks great!
What about the laser crown in the crystal?
It looks a little bit to big, any comparisons to a gen possible?
The gas escape looks great, also the dial!
Do you guys know which movements are available with the watch?
And where can I order it with save shipping in Europe?
Kind regards
Chris
I did not think that you don't know it's for a 16800!!
But it was only funny to read his question about the L on a 1680 dial with 1000ft!!
Referring to you I think you are totally right! The dial is not bad, but I think it would be
possible to do some betters!
Why aren't those who make these dials not able to look at a genuine one and make a good
replica of those? It couldn't be so difficult, isn't it?
Regards
Chris
Ok, that one is much better, I think it's a genuine one.
But it has some damage at the edges, I hope for you that
you have some possibility's to repair it!
LOOOOOOOOOOOOL
The L is not the only problem!!
Look at the depth rating!! It's 1000ft = 300m!!
At a 1680?? :D
You need a 660 ft = 200m dial!!
Forget the one above for a 1680!
Hello,
I would like to hear your opinions about the MBW 1665.
Which one is the most "perfect" rep in your eyes, which dial
is closest to the original thing?
The Great white or the DRSD?
Would be great to hear something about that from you!
Kind regards
Chris
Hello,
I'm searching someone who could do some little mods for me in Germany.
It's about installing a gen tube and crown and to fit a gen T39 crystal.
If anyone knows someone to do this or would do it by himself, please let me know!!
I do not have the 1665 right now, because without knowing these mods to be done
I don't want to buy it.
Kind regards
Chris
Hi,
thank you for your answers so far!
I didn't expect to get a genuine case,
because in that case it would be a gen
watch, and the price would be so.
But a good aftermarket case with the right
dimensions to fit gen parts, like tropic 19
or gen tube, that would be fine.
If you know something, please let me know!!
Regards
Chris
Hello,
does anyone know where I can find a good case for a Rolex 5513?
Should look authentic and have the right dimensions to fit a genuine
Rolex movement.
If you have some hints or something, please let me know!!

Hi,
right, the inner box with the card is the right one.
The outer box depends on the year the 1680 was
produced. The earlier 70s models should have a
seahorse outer box, the ones from the late 70s or
early 80s have the box you showed in the pics.
But this is no hard rule, sometimes the dealers gave
another box to the watch....
Hope this helps!

5000 Euro for a 1665, that was one year ago.
Now it's 7.5 or 8k Euro.
That the 1665 rep is so expensive now makes me
a little bit sad, because I'd liked to have it.
But for that amount I can buy a gen Rolex...
