  1. MR. Z, You are the best.... Cheers mate, MM
  2. PayPal is the safest in my eyes, except now a lot of other dealers and good sites are not taking PayPal. They go through a 3rd party biller that pays them. So far, I have had very good luck when I have to go this route! Except I can see where it can be a problem. I think if you are dealing with a decent bigger site, 3rd party billing if fairly safe, as these larger dealers that do not take PayPal seem to look out for you. Its there loss if you get overcharged! they know they will loose your business, so it doesn't make much sense for them to cheat you! Except there always are exceptions and people get cheated every day. Just watch your accounts very carefully and I think you will be ok.. MM
  3. Just a donation update, Within the last 12 hours members donated $25 besides my $20 donation.. I am sorry but that sucks... Come on guys... You can't afford $ 5.00 for your favorite watch forum when you live most of the time. I just don't understand,, Come on... Admin needs help and they don't wan't to beg you. Be a stand up member and take the donation plunge. If you don't how to donate, let me know... i will show you! Thanks in advance and lets help our forum! MM

  6. I was just noticing that for the month of December we have a grand total donated of $1.00! Did you hear me guys... $1.00? How can we keep the doors open here with no donations. We do not have Lani here raising money everyday for the cost of operations... I was wondering if we can get a group (as large as possible) to donate just $ 5.00 NOW! I will be the first and go beyond the $ 5.00 and donate $20.00! Who is willing to help out our forum during a rough financial month. I know it's Christmas Except the bills do not stop coming in. Can't we show the admin staff that we care, and would be willing to just donate $ 5.00 each. I am going to make my payment of $ 20.00 right now. I would appreciate if anyone wants to join me and help out the costs of our second home, please put your name in this thread. PLEASE KEEP BUMPING THIS TO THE TOP.... IT'S FOR YOUR WATCH FORUM.. Thanks in advance guys.. Cheers, mikellem $20.00

  10. Eddie was a spectacular person. He has been gone for about 5 years. Probably one of the best dealers that ever existed. I keep in contact with him for about one year after he left. Then he disappeared on me.. MM
  11. Earl walked into a drug store in Kentucky and asked to talk to a male pharmacist. The woman he was talking to said that she was the only pharmacist and as she and her sister owned the store, there were no male employees. She then asked if she could help him. Earl said that it was something that he would be much more comfortable discussing with a male pharmacist. The lady pharmacist assured him that she was completely professional and whatever it was that he needed to discuss, he could be confident that she would treat him with a high level of professionalism. Earl then agreed and began by saying, 'This is tough for me to discuss, but I get erections every day that last more than four hours. It causes me a lot of problems and severe embarrassment, and I was wondering what you could give me for it.' The pharmacist said, 'Just a minute, I'll talk to my sister..' When she returned, she said, "We discussed it at length and this is the absolute best we can do. 1/3 ownership in the store, a company pickup truck, a king size bed and $3,000 a month in living expenses.

  15. I know Watchmeister is right,,, enough said.. MM
  16. It can be done, but it's not easy nor is it cheap. If it was cheap, we would all have our watches. We are all sitting with the same problem .. Cheers, MM
  17. Buy it without the service (until we know it's true and a good job) and spend $125 here for the same service and waterproofing. plus these Rolex's rarely ever leak.. MM
  18. I think honestly you should openly share who the modder was who did your watch. I just feel the lume has problems, and the case back scratches are totally unacceptable! You would be helping the members out by calling out the moddder! The Zigmeister would never send you back a watch like this, and the modders need to know that you are sharing this information as work like this should have never left his shop! What is the modder's name? Good Luck... MM
  19. Nice beauties, How do you find the deployment clasps? Are they comfortable for you? These have always bothered' me.. Cheers and enjoy your 2 beauties... MM
  20. alifizan, i give you a lot of credit for just the attempt! I think you will have no problems... As other members have mentioned, take pics during the process as you will have time... Good Luck.. MM

THanks of all the investigating and hard work! As I told you Pete, I have passed Part 1 and Part 2 to Andrew at Trusty... He was very appreciative and thanked me with open arms... Cheers, MM
