Drunks.... A man and his wife were awakened at 3:00 am by a loud pounding on the door. I think you haven't set the watch up properly! Hand wind the watch about 40 times, wear the watch for 24 hours before running the chronos. I think you will find they will start working... Good Luck.. -MM
