  1. What size is your wrist?

I've tried on the steel bracelet version and it doesn't fit well on me...Do you think that having the conversion kit for straps allows the watch to "wear better" around the wrists?

Let me know what you think...Thanks!

    My wrist is 6,7 + -

If you have smaller wrist like myself the gen rubber on deployment is the best option, it hugs the wrist very good.

But the oracle also fits very good and hugs the wrist much better then the braclet when you have small wrist..

    Cheers,

    Dani

  2. I em here biggest reason for me keeping buying reps and i buy reps mostly for fun.

    Reps are reps..

I have gens but as many rep owners agree on when getting a gen its hard to wear a rep..

But i em always truthful when people ask about my watch and i never try to or act a certain way to pass a rep as gen..

I think that is a problem many have they try pass their reps as gen to fit into a circle.

    Cheers

  3. We fell ass backwards into an oil well, we got lucky. When i lived in US we had better doctors, better education, safer cars, better just about everything. Back in Norway i am paying for all the loosers to be happy, and loosers love Norway. We are getting more and more of them as we continue to nurish mediocreness, but we will continue to place high on charts in many years to come, not to worry. <_<

Yes but when you see who is in goverment have can things get better??

Immigrants love Norway they can after being here for 5yr if playing their cards right get a home worth 650k$ for free  while etnic Norwigan kids can't even buy a small 30 square meter apartment..

Trust me i don't love all things about our country its a weak ass country that shout ups every time the gov whant to tax more or stab us in the back, like whit the disel cars

Their is almost no viking blood left in Norway we are going more and more towards Sweden in terms of pussy'nes.

    Cheers

  4. I see you got one of these new secs at '12 models.

Very nice dial choice too. It's a beauty Dani, wear it well! :)

    Thnx.

Nice Dani, I'm waiting on my Oracle strap as well. How does it feel...comfy? :victory:

Yupp comfy read my review bro :) But the gen rubber strap hugs better to be honest..And for us smaller wrist guys the deployment is a better option then buckle..

    Cheers

    Nice strap and watch :)

Looks better off the SS bracelet I feel, seems to hug the wrist well too. I bet it is a lot lighter and more comfortable to wear B)

    Tnx.

Much lighter and more easy to wear does not look like a tank now :D

    Cheers

  5. LMAO at all the theories and " Google " research.

How many of you have any military experience at all, let alone SF or SPECWAR experience?

The US trains and trains with almost every large-scale organization mentioned. Our advantage is clear. We have more money, better technology and an overall better mindset.

This is NOT US-brainwashed propaganda either. This is coming from someone that has trained with the best everyone has to offer... and knows what each group has to offer.

I respectfully tip my hat to Her Majesty's SAS and the Israeli SF. I've had the pleasure of working with both... and they are by far the most impressive.

Everyone here now the US has the best military overall if that is a good thing?who can say..

But like most in the US bigger is not always better..

I hold my hand on other special forces then what the US can provide..

And the comment that you have more money :p man the wars you are keeping going is destroying your country and sheeds the $$ in half almost..

  6. Yes, I need a V10. No, I don't commute 440 miles every day (I make the trip from Pittsburgh to WV/KY about once a week). The truck is necessary to tow the logging trailer and also, quite simply, to get to the job sites. These sites are on lease roads cut into the WV and KY mountains. No smart car will get you there.

Some of the guys on the rigs have diesel trucks and run a combination of biofuel and diesel. If/when I go to a diesel, I'll probably give that a try myself.

Ok, i as said don't mind a V10 i see some can have the need..

I hope we can drive etanol cars in the near future in Europe for cheap, i woud hate for ferraris to say weeeeeeeeeeeeeee insted of vroooooooooooom

Pedestrian deaths will be more and more common if EL cars comes more and more

  7. 'Nor should it be, assuming you understand how the US works relative to it's states autonomy. The basic point was that you can't directly compare Europe's gas prices, public transportation or automotive trends to the US. It's apples to oranges for MANY reasons. My drive from Pittsburgh to WV or KY is 400+ miles. From 75 miles outside Pittsburgh, to Charleston WV, there is NOTHING but open road and country. Sorry, there is no public transportation for that, other than booking a flight. Even when I worked in Pittsburgh, public transportation from my home to the city was spotty at best. Not because of poor planning, but because of the distance! People seem to forget that the US isn't just NYC and LA (or the tiny Hawaiian islands.) There's a whole helluva lot in between that can't be 'fixed' with a bus, or a small engined car.

The present day Corvette has absolutely nothing in common with a true Muscle Car, 'nor does the Mustang (other than the name and number of cylinders). Muscle cars were big block, big inch, gas guzzling beasts. They made power with cubic inches. The current day V8 American performance cars (of which, there are what, three or four?) are excellent on fuel considering the output and certainly when compared to a real Muscle Car. But even that doesn't change the fact that today, the 'kids' are into the 4cyl imports. That is the 'toy' most kids go for. That was the point I was trying to make.

Actually, my mileage doesn't drop that much when towing. I get about 8-9 mpg when hauling the trailer. But it's just the cost of doing business. In order to do what I do, that's what it takes. Same for the 'jerk' suburbanite that has the huge SUV. Many of them have big families, and/or boats, or trailers they use for vacations, work, etc, etc, etc. It's cheaper for them to own the SUV and use that all the time than it is to own multiple vehicles for multiple purposes. Again, apples to oranges when talking about stuff like this. I wish people would realize that before making rash judgements about how folks in the US live, work, drive, whatever, relative to this topic.

So you need a V10 to get you 440miles each day?

The US is not that diffrent then europe not all of europe is small and compact.

And pleas public transport is overrated in europe belive me delays whit 20-30min or hours are likely to happen many many times a week on all sides bus, train, subway so getting late to work 2-3times a week is a recipe to get fierd.

I dont see a V10 as a bad thing to be honest, you can brew your own gas etanol that will not only give more horsepower but also 100%green and clean :) But i do think the dea or ATF!? will ask you about somethings.

  8. I live about 2 miles from a nuke plant. I grew up about the same distance from a coal burning plant. There are always things in this world that can kill you, like cars, planes, guns, etc. I consider the risk to be minimal when you take other risks into consideration.

I live some what near a water plant making clean electric for consumers :p

Ahh the joy of being from Norway its like winning the global lottery maybe that is why we are so against immigratns  no free pass to the price money mr

    Cheers :winkiss:

  9. The date window looks soooo horrible, IMO. Most the pieces are there, Y don't the rep factories just execute with more precision?

    -bosk

who now's why they can't make watches like this correct they have it so good but yet so bad..

I think its diffrent from factory to factory have the quality will be..

I whish i had connections in China or talked the langued.

  10. Yup.

The USA: Where even the harshest critics still choose to stay...

The US is not the nicest place to live..I em sure its good but i have never seen it on top of any chart when juding best place to live..

i have seen my country their for about 5years running :p

  11. It's not just gas that has gotten so much more expensive here, apartments too.

I bought my first own apartment in 1993, when I was 21 years old... during the regression. That was in the suburb of the big capital city I'm living in. I paid less than 40.000
