That link is for the AP ROO secs @ 9, the one being offered is NEW. Just pulled the trigger on a Black Themes AP ROO secs @ 12, $658 shipped is not ridiculous for a watch that many of us have been waiting for YEARS The secs @ 9 for the $499 price has sold well, but $160 more for a correct subdial movement works for me...so glad I had to talk myself out of ordering it dozens of times. Is the HBB Ceramic overpriced, maybe...but I'm enjoying mine still...and this being one of my grails for less than the HBB, it's a no brainer.

Toseland does not have more experince on this track then anyone else in motogp as he have been their 1time last year in SBK.

Its all up to the weather in my eyes many things can happend if its rain on race day.

That's my beef with such laws. Okay, sure, they need to prevent such things 'falling into the wrong hands', but what I think 'they' tend to forget, is that 'the wrong hands' will get hold of them (and real steel) regardless of any laws governtments enact... All these laws do, is penalize people with a legitimate interest in shooting

I think they pretty much all looked healthy until the late 90's. Porter Cottrell and Kevin Levrone were two standouts for me.

'roids are pretty harmless and I would much rather my kids took a cycle of dbol and deca than smoke or drink. It's the ancillaries: the slin, the igf-1 and diuretics that really screw you up. Supplementation is probably one of the biggest cons known to man and it's all sold on the back of images of guys who built their physiques using drugs.

As steroids brings lots of hormons into work i do not consider them harmless but as you said its nothing compard to drinking and smoking.

If steroids are used by people whit illness like anxiety or deppression and such it can be very harmful as the hormons and the down trip after the cycle is not so easy.

gh is nothong i consider dangerus nor do i consider if1 dangerus but as whit all things it can be abused.

Regards to steroids you can stack 1000mg deca and go 1g testo a week still if you don't now [censored] about traning or diet you will only hurt yoiurself and lose all gains in like 3weeks after the cycle.

Steroids are legal to use in my country, still nothing i woud consider but i don't look down on people using it.

I'd start with looking into that sort of thing. You're listing some exceedingly fancy bits of kit yet you're missing some basics, like a decent fast lens. If I were you, I'd learn more about your camera before spending money, unless the cash is fun money.

My english is not so good so my tecnial terms in this subject is lacking.

Coud you explain fast lens and why its good to have compard to lets say the 12-24 or the 55-200.

Keep in mind i em not in any way gone try make pro work out of this, its hobby and fun only.

At 23 i have lots to learn and time on my side

the Tamron AF 3,5-6,3/28-300 XR Di VC is supposed to be a very good all-round lens.

I buy my stuff at www.fotokoch.de or www.fotobrenner.de , but hey, I am a German (speak the lingo) in Denmark (EU - no custom problems)

The Nikkor 18-200 VR and Nikkor 18-55 VR are fantastic lenses. You can't go wrong with either, they are lightweight, very wide and very sharp. If you need the reach, go with the 200. If you need a close min focusing distance for watch shots, get the 18-55 VR. My suggestion is to get both!

I have the 18-55 its good but it lacks zoom and i find from my search that the 200 seems very good for everyday use.

what you think of the 12-24 worth it or learn more first then buy it?

Flash i will buy as its something i need for my inndor and night shots.

Yes, fast lenses are a must for nice bokeh and shooting in low light conditions with natural light.

I think a black hornback croc whit ti or white stiching woud be great on the skyland.

Have it custom made so you can add some more thicness then what breitling offers in their gen straps..

I have never liked the breitling rubber so i agree on swiching back to steel atleast when its as cold as now in Norway,.

Supplements on a large scalre are nothing much more than a huge marketing ploy. If you ever read bodybuilding magazines, take a note of how many supplement adverts you see, where Ron Coleman states he uses X protein powder, or Jay Cutler states he uses Y supplement to get cut... The supplement companies get these big names to endorse their products, hoping that guys just starting out (and even experienced fitness enthusiasts fall for it too) will spend their hard earned money on these things.

As Mentalist pointed out, they are just supplements and definitely no substitute for a clean diet. At most, they will only make a 5-10% difference ASSUMING your training, nutrition and lifestyle are in order.

i think all people that train now that a good diet is key before any supplement being legal or illegal that is
