Hi there TC owners, I was wondering how the retaining ring looks on your TC's watch, does it sit all the way down onto the case or is there a little gap between the case and the retaining ring?

It can all the way down but that differs from case to caseIt You are very careful and look that You press it evenly all the way round it it easier to press it all the way down

If this is the MBK pearl, they have definitely stepped up their game.

The pearls were horrible on both my MBKs

The insert is ALL genuine ( and expensive:( )

I have just got a genuine Rolex 295 crystal and could not fit the genuine crystal gasket ( 2,7mm ) on my TC sub case:(

I have mounted it with a clark 2,5 mm gasket but think the date looks a little bit to small

So is there anyone here that have tried with different heights on the gasket with a genuine crystal?

It looks better with the 2,7 mm gasket but what is the correct height for the 16610 sub?

Clarks has both 2,3, 2,5, 2,7, 2,85, 3,00 mm for the C295

On some pictures it looks like magnifying is different even on the genuine????

Movement is a brand NEW swiss eta 2836-2 ( I know it looks more genuine with a 2846 slow beat BUT this one is going about 1 sec slow on ONE WEEK and that will not be the case with a slowbeat swatchmovement!) so I can live with that:)

If You buy from wachco ( has bee an Omega official parts dealer in australia!) then You KNOW it is 100% genuine and there service is very good

BTW also EU buyer can buy with no tax/customs fees, just ask them to declare the package at a low ( 25$ in my case!) value and that i it is a GIFT and there will be NO fees at all. BUT it the package get lost You might loose a lot of money!

Exactly THAT one ( the top picture!) was 2995$

BUT I managed to get one directly from Wachco ( no date!) for about 2000$ including both 1171 (speedmaster bracelet!) and the meshbracelet:)

Now some says that the NO date model is impossible to find new ( at least the dial is very difficult to find!)!

That sub lokks nice but others have said, You need a relume and a nicer datewheel

I am waiting for the hands to arrive for my MBK 1680 that has a relumed dial by The Zigmeister

I am thinking of the pam 243L noon V2 but are not sure how heavy is feels on the arm compared to a 111N ?

And how good is the crystal on the latest pam 243L V2, some says it is a little "misty" as it is 5 mm thick?

Some say that H-factory is still the clearest????

And how is the lume on it?, is it lasting all night?

And last:

What color is it on the lume in daylight?

Is it the same color as the pam 029M noob ?

I have never had a asian 7750 movement in a watch!

I the non chrono asian 7750 movement any good and are the reliable?

It is not ready yet, but it is fully modded and will look great.

Why not ask Nariika for a MBK/MBW sub?

I got one ( 1680 ) from him ( last nov that was PERFECT in EVERY way, genuine swiss eta with perfectly aligned dates, perfect CG:s case threads etc. etc.

He might be a litlle more expensive BUT he inspects the watches himself BEFORE buying them so You know what You get

I was there in february but they do not have the best 1680/5512/5513 in stock

If You find one be seure to have it open to see what movement that is in it!

You have to preorder one and hope that they could get one nice one fast

Best is perhaps to ask Nariika as he does the QC himself, and got his latest 1680 Polex MBK and LOVE it. It has a brand NEW SWISS eta 2836-2 in it that keep the time within 0,5 s/day
