  1. Unfortunately you CANNOT do it.. I now figured out why... It is not because of the screws lining up.. It is because the PIN that holds the lever has a way in and out.. The way in is FLUSH with the CG and the way out is not. If you reverse the flush side will be on the under side of the cg and the exit side on top.. ..if you know what I mean
  2. I am quite sure I have read somewhere here that you cannot turn the CG around but I cannot find it anywhere...
  3. Well have you ever tried to turn upside down the crown guard on Luminor Pams? I mean instead of opening from top to bottom, to open the other way... I always thought about it but at the moment I don't have a rep to try it.. THanks
  4. Pure Lume... Once you see the 'light' you can't turn back
  5. I know his ebay id but maybe someone knows his email to sent him my questions there directly... Thanks
  6. Photos here: http://www.network54.com/Forum/353391/thre...es+Roadshow.....
  7. Hahahahhahahaha.... Honestly I never laughed that much in front of my laptop screen
  8. Last week someone told us here that it will be a Panerai in this show but I forgot.. D'oh!!!
  9. At the moment I am wearing only Panerais and I have 1 gen 2 reps and building 2 projects.. I love my 112 and wearing it everyday the last two months.. the 196 is my first rep i bought and i will keep it for sentimental reasons... the Radiomir at the moment is a medium quality rep but I am willing to do it a perfect rep (as much as it gets). I don't wear it because this is my formal watch and i haven't been to any formal occasions after my wedding.. hence not hurrying to modify it The 2 projects i am doing are going to be something different Pams with Ubi quality which will steal definately wrist time from my 112 I think now I follow Randy's advise.. Quality over quantity...
  10. My experience from this transaction is that the 1st buyer has not logged in neither send the payment in time... He may had other more important things to do or didn't had a connection but at the end he hasn't showed up.. I kept my word and waited 24 hours (well almost) and at the end nothing happened.. The watch now is packed and ready to go to the guy I wanted to give it to.. It is my fault that I have not put what I ALWAYS put on my ads.. FRIENDS and KNOWN members have priority no matter when they send the PM (unless of course it is after the payment). Thanks for your valuable input.. much appreciated
  11. I decided to wait 24hours.. If today at 5.00 p.m. (time of the 1st PM yesterday) has not paid me the watch goes to the other member
  12. I can't do that unfortunately.. It just doesn't seem right although sometimes I am thinking that I should do whatever is best for me..
  13. Yeap.. one other thing that makes me think is that he replied with mate which means he probably is English (don't know if Americans use it as frequent as the UK guys)
  14. Our conversation: HIS 1ST PM: If your 212 is still available I will take it. I can pay you tonight with PP. Thanks MY 1ST REPLY: Yes... It is still available.. My paypal is: XXXX@XXXX.XXX Cheers HIS 2ND REPLY: Thanks mate. MY 2ND REPLY: What is your location?? Then no reply from him... If he is in the same country with me I wouldn't think about it.. but i dont know if i should risk sending international... PLUS what is tonight? Here in UK it is tonight but maybe in USA it is not...
  15. Well same thing that happened to Finepics last week, happened to me today on the other way around... I had a new member with 0 posts said he will buy the watch. In the meanwhile a known member from same country as me, offered to buy RIGHT NOW. I will keep my promess and wait for the other guy although i just received a 3 word PM from him... It bothers me a lot of what I should do in this case... and for how long I should wait.. The watch is a loved one and I want to go somewhere safe and sound without customs problems than dealing with an unknown member... I need your opinions guys... 16. The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term. The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well: Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)? Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant. One student, however, wrote the following: First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities: 1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose. 2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God." THIS STUDENT RECEIVED THE ONLY "A
