  1. Well.. I have tried the Hublot and it sits VERY NICE on my 7'2'' wrist. Although my ceramic version will be my favourite one this time I consider buying the FOrmula LE version.. And here is why: I never had any connection with gold watches.. But this Hublot Big Bang combines the steel and the rose gold VERY WELL and I think it must be the ONLY watch I could wear with gold in it (remember I am 29 and very casual/athletic type) PLUS I think the plated gold ONLY in the bezel will be perfect (although i like as well the full gold version i wouldn't buy it because of this issue) Decisions.. decisions...
  2. Well that fiddy bug made me buy it in the first place because to be honest i didn't liked it that much.. Anyway.. with the fiddy its either you love it or hate it.. I wish it is the first for you
  3. Clive told me about the Lord Sheratons balsam cream and that;s what I am using the last 2 years or collecting straps.. My oldest strap is better than ever
  4. It HAS to be the FIDDY.... I bought it and didn't liked it... Then I put expensive straps on it and still didn't liked it.. Then I have put saphire and did a great relume on it... Still didn't liked it... I didn't liked as well the 029 (the tux dial looked cheap to me) but I haven't tried to love it. With the fiddy, as David said, I just cannot feel the love.

  6. WHy.. oh why someone doesn't pin this thread? Well congrats to all the members who very happily gave their opinions on the subject without ranting.. WELL DONE
  7. Well.. they will tell you USE THE SEARCH BUTTON.. although to be honest there are SO many things about Rolex Sub that even a postmaster can be confused.
  8. Eric is an old member in this and the old RWG... But he is a Panerai fan mostly.. Probably doesn't have a clue about Submariners like me.. I'd ask the same question if a friend wanted a Sub
  9. No its not.. Put gay watch on google and the result is this: http://www.allgayjewelry.com/gaywatches.htm Gay Pride Watch Size Medium With Leather Band
  10. Well.. my poor TIger is sad now.. He is on a diet because he was very fat.. I think I will open another hole in his strap
  11. I have seen for sale a genuine Panerai 029 dial in another forum... Just a heads up if you have a 29 and want to do a REAL upgrate to your watch. EDIT to add: Don't bother anymore.. it's SOLD
  12. Yeap.. what he said... ^^^^^^^^ Plus I have seen the watch in flesh and the cf dial looks extremely similar to Angus pictures.
  13. DRY? First time I heard that comment.. What you mean dry?
  14. As Homer says... I like my beer cold...my TV Loud.... and my Homosexuals Faaaaalaaaaaaming
  15. Yeah I know.. I had 1800+/2000 when hell broke loose in RWG1 but I have catched up very quick
  16. I can take it a bit further and say: Whatever 24/24 with Logo buckle... I have some quite more interesting leathers/straps in this combination than Dirks and OEMs
  17. The for the most 'gay' watch can be given to the following beauty:
  18. Hahaha.. that's true... Thanks guys.. glad to be here
  19. I went for the brand new.. If I wanted to spend my money big I also wanted the full package... AD licking my ass, a full year or two for guarantee etc etc...
  20. Don't worry... you have to search deep to find the 'production version' in such small limited edition models And that's the good thing with Angus and his close relationship with the maker.. We can stop small details otherwise impossible to improve... If Angus keeps in this rate he will be a very happy man and make us more happy
  21. I am not mistaken... Angus and his maker has a big catalogue with a big photo with rose gold hands and that's why they put gold hands in the first place. BUT the photo of a real 'production' model for sale (and not catalogue picture) shows it clearly with silver hands.. The light can only deceive to show the silver hands gold and NOT the other way around!!! http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tre...77749&rid=0 PLUS The representative of Hublot (j.c.biver) said at timezone that the produced watch at the end has silver hands... http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tre...ev=&reveal= It is the same case as Panerai.. Other watches in their catalogues and promotional photos and the final production watch has differences.
