Usil basically tritium doesn not glow strong.. You can see a nice fading lume in complete darkness that it doesn't not fades out. Trying to capture it with a camera is dificult. My dial and hands are 1999 old new stock and it has faded a bit and starting to develop the yellowish patina.

Yes it is different.. the rep's is more square-ish than the gen. On the other hand the black datewheel tonton posted has a different font definately more bold.. so are we talking for differences in the datewheels as well between genuines???
