There is no need to change the strap to get a more gen like watch.
I'm sorry to say but you have to change the complete watch to get it more gen like.
It's really terrible and it seems like a $ 50,- watch you can buy on the beach in Turkey.
Sorry man, stay a little longer with us and you would know what I mean.

Really worth it.
The gen dial and hands are way better looking than the rep ones.
Wonderful piece man!
Nice strap too.... what is it?

I'll never be Jellous [sic] of someone who can't spell "jealous"
I did google it and found a few..... I guessed it's Australian English or what ever

You should sell it to someone who can afford a gen strap for it.
I think it would really be a shame to put a rep strap on such a beautiful watch.
And no

I think it looks pretty good. I'm wondering about the quality of the strap though.
Could me hard and expensive to get it replaced by a gen one.
Also I'm a little concerned about the size.
Remember that some of us say that the standard ROO is a tank with 42 x 15.5mm.
This one is even bigger with 44 x 18mm.
Although the description says polished bezel, it seems like the side is polished and the top is brushed like the gen right?

Hi guys,
I'm getting a lot of questions lately about the status of the production of the BP date wheels.
I have received one sample and it's perfect.
Unfortunately, to produce them is much more complicated than expected.
To get all the teeth silky smooth, the manufacturer finished it completely by hand.
Because of this, the price of the production models will be too expensive to have them produced (around $65). Also my minimum order would be 100 pieces.
I have read that Andrew is selling a complete movement for $85,- so it's just not an interesting project to complete.
Sorry that I can't deliver.
Sander
PS: no...this sample is already reserved by somebody else.

The watch in itself is amazing, pop in the 7750 as you mentioned and get it to where it should be.
Uhhhhh hands?????

Wow, I guess you have way too much spare time buddy.
Thanks for writing it down though.

That is really a nice classic one. Enjoy wearing it!

That looks really great Mickey.
Love the dark colour of the strap and the polished gears.
Did these came in the donor watch or did you get them somewhere else?

If it vibrated out it should fit back in with out removing any thing you just have to find the right angle.
That's what I would think. Unfortunately it already took me more than 2 hours to find that angle. This is without the 30 minutes I spent on my knees to find it after it decided to take a flew

This is good to hear.
I sometimes see hands which are a little scratched in the factory.
Good to know that Cape Cod will probably get them out and do no harm to the lume.
Thanks for the write up Francisco!

That is good news! Thanks for the time to write it down for us.
How is smooth does the seconds hand go?

What did you think of the genuine strap? I bought the genuine brown buffalo strap with white stitching just like you and I was diappointed with the way it looked and the thin stitching. I had Aaron Tan do a brown alligator strap with thicker off white stitching and think that straps looks alot better. Interested if you are happy with the look of the OEM strap?

I think mine looks great. it's just like the real deal
Are you sure you have the rigth one and not the cheap one for the 3201?

Thanks for the lume shot. It looks really great. (unfortunately now I have to do mine as well
)
I totally agree you should go for the new AR.
Mine has K2222 and it's really a big difference. The colour of the dial will change and also the edges of the subdials will be sharper.
Go for it man, you won't regret it!
Do you know if it's the standard GC or is it an other one?

As far as I know, the 196 and the 188 should have the

I'm working on one right now. getting lello dw, chiefs ar and cyclops, gen strap, gen deployment, relume dial and hands and getting the GC pin fixed.
Just wondering.... the CG is polished but should the pin be polished too or should it be brushed?
