This is a question i want to know the answer too as well. Can you put a V72 in a case that housed a 7750? Mine will have the rotor removed and a thinner V72 caseback.

Just a quick question......I have an offer to pick up a valjoux 72 movement from a Heuer Chronograph from the '60's.I have been told that it will fit a daytona rep case from DW or Phong or that NWtrading company.Is this true or am I dreaming here.I want to build a Paul Newman Daytona the 6263 I believe . thanks, janeto
