  1. hollow centre in seconds hand is becuase we are using an ETA movement. However you can ONLY see this under a loupe. It is too small yo pick out easily with the naked eye.....and 99.9% ofthe time you don't see this.....
  2. The TC Sub is the best.Period. There will upgrades that to improve on it. There is a list of upgrades in the works......some of these upgrades are in their final stages and just about ready for production.Other upgrades are still in the drawing stage; but TC is making progress that the factories have negleted. We have the best sub....TC is refining on it. It is so close to gen.......it's scary!
  3. haha..lol! Come on everyone...join THE TC SUB CLUB!!! .
  4. @1234 all your concerns are currently being addressed.I believe we will all like what we see with the TC V5.
  5. TC is closest to gen....accepts all gen parts......and is always being improved and perfected.......it is and will be the best sub ever only to rival the gen....
  6. there are big changes coming with the TC...out of the box it is the best. With new improved upgrades that will be offered, absolutely nothing will touch it other than gen....The TC is WM9 V4, but TC has pushed the nvelope to make it the best. I recently tested a TC case under pressure and got it to 10 ATM easily.I would not be surprised if it rivals gen to 300m.
  7. well then......i think i'll sell my NOS 7734 for..........
  8. no one have a spare 7032 pusher or know of a great replacement for the rep DW 7032 that will fit?
  9. Hey everyone, i just broke the threaded part of the screw into the pusher that came with my DW Tudor 7032 case set.Does anyone have a spare pusher set they don't need for the tudor case set? If not, any suggestions as to which replacemnt pusher sets would work with the DW Tudor case set? thanks in advance.....
  10. another good option is the clark insert for the 16800....it fits nice with a little sanding around the outside diameter and the pearl is not bad either except for the very poor lume.$14.30 from Gary Clark on ebay ..nostalgia2000... is his ebay handle.
  11. you can try sanding down under the insert allow it to recess a bit or sand down the height of the retainung ring 1 mm. altough i have never hadto sand down a retaining ring to fit a gen insert on a TC Sub. Only on a TW sub.
  12. i'm going to chime in here.....i wish i had seen this sooner. The TC bezel assembly is designed to work with a gen insert. There are some +/- to the tolerence around the inner diameter of the bezel. Some gen 16610 inserts will pop right in with no mods and some need a little sanding around the outer edge only. I have only seen two bezel assemblies with the TC subs. The first has shallow teeth and the second has more deeper ones. They are both built the same.Just from a different batch. I have measured them with electronic calipers. You should never have to grind the inside of your gen insert! You have the wrong insert my friend most likely for a non date sub or seadweller......The crystal that comes with the TC sub is gen spec and made to fit gen subs./gen sub construction.
  13. pm me i got a good deal on a phong case......
  14. Yes..if you have pics i would love to see them!
  15. bracelet....i have seen clasps with round 3 in 78350 ...but flat 3's only in the band
  16. ok..now i ait again before i make up my mind.....has anyone done an actual comparison of the DW,NDT and YUKI cases?
  17. I have decided to go ahead and purchase the phong case.....I understand I can negotiate the price....What would be a fair price to offer phong for one of his 6263 cases?
  18. well i have pretty much all the gen pieces to make one except a gen case. i have a dw case, a mystery japanese case........and i am thinking about buying the phong case too...
  19. Is there nothing out there that is better than Phong's case? I would use a gen case but i haven't had any luck sourcing one.........
  20. I am trying to finish up my Tudor Montecarlo build and the stem that comes with the 7734 movement is too thick on the threading part to fit the DW crown. Any suggestions to use a different stem that is narrower which will work with the 7734.Will a gen Rolex crown fit the stem for the 7734? If yes, which crown and crown tube do I need? thanks everyone..... my appreciation in advance.
