Wind it till you feel a little bit of resistance (you can't wind it anymore). Wind it every morning/every night (your choice). However, try to do a full wind then let the watch run till it stops a few times. This is to work out the movment.
hmmm... dental "glue"? I think i have seen it and I have been treated using this. It's like mixing 2 things (colourful, green and red if i remember correctly) together... and it's made in Germany.
I can confirm this: Genuine Seamaster Pro dial will fit ETA2824 nicely. no need to double sided tape it. I have done this on my 4th gen Orange PO. Changed the dial to 007 to make this a fantasy watch
Maybe you could add the alternative/cheaper way to do things (we may not have advance equipments as you). Anyway very informative post. You've helped me to change my PO dial succesfully. Many many thanks. I should really get the hand removal tool.
