I just received my IWC 3717 I wasn't paying attention to the hour and minute hands and went to change the day and date. I felt a small click and now I can change my day or date. Do any of you fine people know a watchmaker in the Chicago area that will repair and Asian 7750 or I could send it to someone to repair it and put in a ETA German date wheel and date. I can't believe I did this. It's a beautiful watch I just fried it. your input would be appreciated. thanks for your help. Cheese

Looking closer I think I screwed up when I pushed the release for the stem. Now it goes all the way in without the click and just turns. Screwed up! Thank you Cheese

I have a DSSD and the winding stem broke. It is a ETA 2836-2 and I ordered the winding stems and they are too small. what do I order to make this a working watch again?

I have quite a few watches, some of them being Bill Yao modified Seiko's. my son today asked me if I could make him a watch with his initials on the dial. He likes Submariners so I could get a sterile submariner and the only way I can think of putting his initials on the dial would be screenprint. Am I making this to hard or is there an easier way to do it? Thank you for your time Cheese

I have a SINN 103SSTSA for years with the German day wheel. I sold the watch less than a year ago! Now I think about how stupid that was to sell 1 one watch i liked most. If i were to get a ETA German day wheel and date for a 3717 I think my that I could become my watch for years and years. I already have 7750 need the AR, lume, if I can find one a gen dial and hands I think that would look nice.

I bought this Daylight around the time of Jesus. It keeps good time and has a Asia 7750. Is it worth anything? Thanks Cheese

I know they only AR the cyclops but I thinking of dong a full ar on the crystal on the whole watch. I just think it would look cool and easier to read. Thoughts?

It was a economy watch, I used it for Nanuq's Automobile crystal press.

I was testing out Nanuq's automobile Crystal press and it took the bezel off my watch. As anybody ever seen this? I guess they want to keep costs down so they use every scrap they can find. Cheese

I would just like to confirm the automobile crystal press does work! It does scratch and Pitt the hell out of your watch, but it does work. I always have to test people's ideas. Cheese
