freddy333
So I went out to dinner with a friend (who wore an old Daytona I gave her some years ago) After dinner, we went for a walk through the city & heard a very familiar sound (Stephane, you will appreciate this), which turned out to be The Beatles And the obligatory wristie I also recorded a 25 second video of the group playing 'She Loves You'. PM me for the link if interested.

Stephane
Oh Freddy, Oh My God, ...yes I love. And pls feel free to send the 25 meg file per email Today is 09/09/09 ...and I must decide what to do: Buy or not buy? Yoko and Paul have found a new way to make quick bucks by releasing two record box set instead of one !!! And, allthough we're all angry, we're all gonna buy both So, I will have to sell some watch part and watches to fund that purchase !!!

Demsey
Too much fun! The Lennon character looks great! I take my daughters to see "Rain" whenever they tour through FL. Musically, technically, they are superb. Unfortunately McCartney is right handed! But, their version of I Am The Walrus will make the hairs on your arms stand up. Sent you the link request Freddy.......
hambone
That is just too cool. The guy playing the left handed bass looks like John Lennon, but nothing is more cool than the Beatles. Thanks for sharing

TeeJay
That looks like an awesome experience, Freddy, and thank you for sharing The other day, my wife and I were in town, and there was a busker playing, who, although not sounding exactly like that specific artist, had the same kind of 'clean cut' quality to their voice like artists like Bobby Darin, Andy Williams and Kenny Lynch, it really was like being transported back in time listening to them
freddy333
You are all welcome. Too much fun! The Lennon character looks great! The guy doing Lennon was uncannily good. In b&w, it is hard to tell the difference between him & the gen

Brightight
Sacrilege!! Lenon with a Vox WahWah pedal And the Vox Wah didn't come out till 67/68 if I recall correctly. Pity George is playing the Strat, that was later than the period they're depicting, the Gretch would have looked better. Great photos, full of atmosphere, and I bet it was worth hearing!
