alligoat
Interesting, I don't see a datewheel, so I'm thinking it's a 1570, not a 1575. Would work on a 5512. I've bought from Andrew in the past and I like to keep an eye out for his auctions. Some of those dials look nice.
freddy333
Ditto Alli (as usual). Definitely a 1570. It will probably go for between $1,200-$1,500, which is current market value for a clean, but unserviced movement from a reliable seller.
alligoat
Here's a 1575 with a redone Red Sub dial- not a bad price either: http://cgi.ebay.com/100-GENUINE-ROLEX-RED-SUBMARINER-1570-MOVEMENT-W-DIAL_W0QQitemZ170384700217QQcmdZViewItemQQptZWristwatches?hash=item27abb83339&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 A Yuki case and a few other parts and away you go- oh, also figure a service- hope $250 covers the service! vlaletom
shear-time .... ho yhea i have him in my favorite sellers, for shure He has allways tose incredible rolex thing like DRSD or dayto dials. But his auction allways hit big price, which is normal considering the kind of things he comes up with... I guess this movement wont end cheap. you'd better find a 1500/1501/1600/1601 watch head... they often sell for cheaper than a naked movement. + you can get it with a flat 3 silver dial ! freddy333
Most of the serious bidders will snipe it. The final selling price will be considerably higher.
vlydog
US $761.34 winning bid. Wow!
freddy333
Wow, someone got a deal (when no one was looking) or the bottom just fell out of the vintage Rolex market.

Chronus
He had a 1575 GMT movement a couple months ago but sold it outside of ebay and removed the listing after I enquired. I've bought other parts from him, a couple of sets of 6265 pushers, bezel and so on.
vlaletom
He had a 1575 GMT movement a couple months i played on his last 1575 gmt, the auction finished the 15/09/09 it ended up at 2475 USD, wich i was not ready to pay for. I was rather surprised as i consider this really above the general market value, specially for a non serviced one. In my books the curent market average price is around 1950$
