Ok, my two reference books (Rolex Vintage Sports Models, and The Rolex Report) are seriously lacking. A Google search just added to my confusion. Forum search, too much info to parse. So to the experts here:

What is the correct bracelet/end-link combo for a 'later' MKIV DRSD 1665?

(I think I can deduce that 'early' 1665's should be 9315/380)

What is the correct bracelet/end-link combo for a GW 1665?

Next-

What would be correct for a 'late' 1680 non-red? Any difference than say a Red?

Finally-

Did Rolex ever make a solid mid-link bracelet or is that pretty much a rep/aftermarket thing.
