How do these CGs look?

here's one that Ziggy did for me.. the CG's are out of fucus .. I was shooting the silver dw.. but you can make out the dimensions.. regardless .... you did it yourself..congrats..

Yep. Took about 10 minutes with a Dremel and small paper sanding disk. I didn't even remove the crown - just kept the paper side of the disk against the crown. I ended up taking them down more than I intended. Easy to do with the Dremel. I'll be more conservative next time.

If you make the crown lumpy, it will look just like old rolexe's did... all different

The outsides look ok. The insides look a bit rough though the horn should meet the body of the watch with a nice sharp corner and not a soft radius like you have. You can sort this out with a nice sharp triangular file. You will have to remove the crown though.

Wrong angle, dont use a dremel as it removes material too quickly for this job. A file and some sand paper albeit tidious is a better arsenal

Yeah... I think I went too far with mine. I smoothed them up a little and will just leave them as is. Next time I go a little slower.

You should use hand tools to do the shaping & leave the Dremel for the polishing.

Look at the bright side; there were people who paid a premium for 'serviced, water-proofed, and crown guard shaped by Swiss trained techs "perfect Submariners" that were hacked A LOT worse than that. They also leaked in the shower. Some of them.
