prdubis Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 Hi folks! My IWC Top Gun A7750 has a problem, the day wheel doesn't turn and is blocked between MON and TUE. The crown seems to rotate free and the day doesn't change. The date wheel is OK. How can I fix it? Thank you for your help! Francois
blackbard Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 I believe the movement will have to be removed and repaired. Seems to be a common concern as I have the same issue.

ubiquitous Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 Always best to avoid manually changing the date between the hours of 7pm and 2am; the datewheel engages with the hour wheel for the switch over during these hours. Manually adjusting/setting within this time frame will cause the mech to jam.
