What is the difference between a Valjoux 7736 and a Valjoux 72?

I get the feeling that if you trimmed the 7736's plates and bridges until they were as thin as wafers, and carved out the insides of a Daytona case until it was like a stainless steel eggshell, you STILL wouldn't be able to fit one in the other!

Subdial spacing should be identical between the V23/72 and the 7733 family, at ~7.8mm from canon pinion center to subdial center.

I was thinking of using a 7750 DW case for this. The 7760 has almost the same height as the 7736 from what I read. would be interesting. Specially if gen dials configuration can be maintained. Right now waiting on DWs 7750 movement and seriously thinking about the mystery movement to check it out.
