Absolute
So, I took the plunge and bought a White Navi that I had been looking at for some months. All in, it cost me
ubiquitous
All in all, I think it's a very nice looking piece. It may be a matter of perspective, but I honestly think it was better that you received your watch on bracelet instead of a leather strap. It's no secret that rep straps are junk (you'd likely end up buying a nice gen or aftermarket strap anyways). Interesting to hear that the slide rule lines up. Re: the chipped seconds hand... I'm certain that could be touched up if it so bothers you. Or, maybe hit up your dealer and see if they can source you a replacement hand. Can't hurt to ask... Absolute
The slide rule doesn't match. the red 60 is 1mm too much to the left. And yeah, those cardboard esque straps are junk, I thought a higher rep might have a higher strap, but I'm glad he sent me a chain, even though I hate it. lanikai
Congrats.. and great pics.. thanks for taking the time to post them.. I like the leather.. but I'm in agreement with Ubi.. the bracelet is a nice option to have for the summer months.. hackR
well done...it looks great on that strap...nice pix, too if you email Trusty - he'll send you another hand...and then you could always replace it if you want...regarding the bracelet, why not post a FS in the tools/parts forum...will help recoup some of your costs... try out a Maratac or other comparable NATO on your Navi...you'd be surprised how well it looks...and the color combos are endless with your white dial... andreww
Awesome looking watch. The think I like about the white Navis is that the date window is much sharper than any of the other colors. Great pics and thanks for posting!
deandavis
Hey, I'm willing to buy the bracelet if it's still for sale! Send me an e-mail to deandavis00(at)gmail.com Thanks!
dovo1695
Congrats on the Navi! Nice job on the pics too; much better than I can manage. I've been an Omega guy for a while but I'm becoming increasingly enamored with Breitlings. Every time I see a review like this, I like them a little more. Thanks for posting. Enjoy the watch! -Dovo
Pugwash
I had one of these. What made it better was a BOB for Breitling strap. The off-white is classier than if it was just pure white. @Ubi, the leather straps sold with Steelfishes and Evos are actually remarkably good, especially for rep straps.
