nba09 Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 Which of the 2 dial colours would you say is more accurate? Advice and opinions please before I pull the trigger. Many Thanks.
Guest techlogik Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 Black. This has been disussed on the rep forums. Black is black..hard to screw that up...but the Grey I hear is wrong, forget if it was too light/dark..but it wasn't accurate. Yellow/Black are the best 2 IMO. I'm biased, I own a Black one...
b16a2 Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 Of the two, the black is most accurate, the grey is a slightly different colour to the gen. See the link in my signature to a review of the grey version
By-Tor Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 With reps, always choose the black dial. The other colors are rarely accurate. Sad but true. PS: Moved to Breitling forum. Please don't post any brand-specific posts to general discussion. That's what the brand subforums are for. Thanks.
lanikai Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 not a Seawolf.. but I like my Graphite on another model..although not spot on accurate..
Eton Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 The guys are right regarding accuracy! Go with black, I thought it over for quite a while and then...
By-Tor Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 @Lani: If I ever purchase another rep watch, it's going to be the BCE. "Thanks" for posting those amazing photos man... now I feel the "itch" again.
maxman Posted January 29, 2010 Report Posted January 29, 2010 Of the two, the black is most accurate, the grey is a slightly different colour to the gen. See the link in my signature to a review of the grey version I know you did this review about a year ago. It Is one of the reasons I orderd this(yellow)SW. Thanks for the great review and Information. I think the graphite dial Is very close to the gen but like others have stated, black and yellow are spot on. Mike
