offshore
I have always been able to buy from Cousins, even before I was in the same business. We have however sent many of our tool kits into EU with no problems. There are ways to overcome the customs and VAT issues. Worth having a look at our tool kit here - http://www.rwgforum.com/topic/108011-quality-tool-kit/ or have a wander around our shop- www.watchbitz.com.au Offshore

ubiquitous
Another recommendation for offshore/Watch Bitz! He's got a great tool set for an extremely reasonable price. Hard to beat.
Jkay
Make certain you register at Watchbitz as an RWG member. This gives you a substantial discount automatically, once approved.
mastrmindalliance
Yeah buy from Offshore if you can. Great products - cheap. I ship to and from the UK all sorts of new and used goodies with narry a problem (friends and purchases). I'm sure OS could make it look like mail between friends if you are really worried.
