offshore Posted May 13, 2010 Report Posted May 13, 2010 Amazing what you find when chasing a particular part! I stumbled across this today- http://www.watchpartssupply.com/ Don't think it's been posted before, and they appear to have a large array of Rolex generic movement parts, as well as crowns/tubes. Also heaps of other items. This one has certainly gotten under my radar!! Filed for reference! Hope it helps someone. Offshore
offshore Posted May 13, 2010 Author Report Posted May 13, 2010 May be worth while for someone, especially in Ca, giving them a call and sussing exactly what they have, as the site appears incomplete. But there may be a treasure trove in there. O/S
redwatch Posted May 13, 2010 Report Posted May 13, 2010 Nice find O/S! I live right near them too! When I'm back from my vacation I will give them a call! They have new ETA 2784 movements, with Longines stamped on the rotor, for $100! Not a bad price at all for anyone looking to build a nice Tudor!
watchpartssupply.com Posted May 25, 2010 Report Posted May 25, 2010 I was just looking in my google analytics to see where some of my traffic is coming from and came across this site. I registered to see what the site is about and am pleased to find this post. Our website is totally incomplete. We are actually in the process of making a new one. We have so much that will take years to actually put up on the site so if anyone has any questions, please give me a call or just email me and I will be happy to answer any questions. I respond faster to emails since calls are really high. info@watchpartssupply.com Thank you offshore for posting this and driving traffic to me www.watchpartssupply.com
redwatch Posted May 25, 2010 Report Posted May 25, 2010 Glad to find you here guys! Thanks for taking the time to post! Are you really in Glendale CA? I live right around the corner from you guys and do need parts pretty regularly!
watchpartssupply.com Posted May 25, 2010 Report Posted May 25, 2010 The physical store is in downtown LA. We just handle the website from Glendale.
redwatch Posted May 25, 2010 Report Posted May 25, 2010 Oh brilliant! Is it an actual store front, or more of an office? Are you open to the public, or do you prefer internet orders?
Ronin Posted May 25, 2010 Report Posted May 25, 2010 Welcome. We are a crazy bunch of DIY watch enthusiasts. Best of luck in your business venture, I am sure you will be getting some sales from me and others.
watchpartssupply.com Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 Well we do have a store front but I myself personally am doing the internet sales. Trying to reach out to the rest of the world and get my own clients. So any support would be much appreciate it.
watchpartssupply.com Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 by the way, how do you guys upload a pic to your profile?
