Why Cant I Use My Back Button?

For some reason I cannot back up from the current forum I am veiwing to get beack to the main page.

Why is this?

Thats a prob I have had for some time, especially if I've looked at more than 1 page in the thread.

I just hit "new posts" and start again

i've seen happen to me, too. It seems to be tied to the ads on a page. when you press back, it will re-load the ad. so it seems like you are stuck on the same page

Seriously though, IE sucks big time. I use firefox with the translator plugin, it can turn any page to English.
