jmb
I picked up a pretty large parts order from GZ at the Post Office yesterday and immediately noticed the green "customs tape all over it. I was a bit worried so when I got home I unwrapped everything and matched it up against my order. The order had no complete watches but there were a number of "branded" cases, crowns, and bracelets. I could tell that all of the contents had been unwrapped and re-wrapped but nothing appeared to be missing. I'm not complaining, mind you, but I thought this very curious. Has this set a "red flag" on my address for them to maybe start checking more of my stuff or do they really not care about parts whether they be branded or not? eunomians
Happened to me once many years ago... Just green tape but watch contents were inside. No duties, no flags.

btocamelo
just a glitch in the matrix....I wouldn't worry about it...or would I? I had customs seize a fully loaded swiss prohunter....they sent me cutomary letters....I never answered, no reply, I had no idea what they were talking about ...I never heard from them again...and I have ordered other watches ever since with no problems
subbiesrock
I had some full sets of jewelery come in. The satchel was opened and resealed by Customs. I suggest changing the postal address for a little while, I switched to my work address and there's no problem. Truthfully, they don't care that much about the copyrighting, sometimes they open it to see if they can extort 'duties' from you There's probably a Customs agent sporting a fully loaded Swiss Prohunter, just so you know ) [censored] happens, the price we pay for our hobby.
